I chose this tincture to try as my first lions mane one. It's a bit pricey but the quality seems great and what it claims to be. The packaging is really nice and makes it easy and convenient to take on it's own or add to drinks. I disagree with reviewers who think it tastes bad - I kinda like it! Was expecting it to be horrendous as I'm sensitive to bitter tastes but it's fine, even if I just put it under my tongue from the pipette then drink a bit of water to wash it down.Effect wise I'm not sure if lions mane is for me so I've stopped taking it. But it definitely had a noticable effect. Over the course of a week using the recommended dose (once daily, first thing in the morning) it helped my mental clarity and energy levels, however, it also gave me insomnia.I don't usually suffer from sleep issues. It was a type of insomnia where no matter how tired my body was my brain was wide awake, and this was impenetrable even with sleep medication that usually works. Took me a few days to figure out this was the culprit. It resolved when I stopped taking it and I wondered if it was a coincidence, so I waited a month and tried again. Same exact experience.This is due to how my body seems to interact with it and no fault of the company - if anything it was probably so noticable within a few days due to the strength of the product. I may try again at a lower dose. However, I did some research and what I experienced appears to be a rare side effect, and lions mane may not be suitable for some people. Particularly if you have any autoimmune conditions or histamine intolerance, I'd do some research before taking and proceed with caution.Still, despite my personal experience, 5 stars for the actual product 😄 🌟

Left it 6 weeks to write a review, unfortunately this done absolutely nothing for me. What’s worse is that it tastes absolutely awful too. I could have forgiven that, if it actually worked, but I didn’t feel any different taking it.
