Purchased this one as a gift, was told after 6 months of regular use ther has not been any problems.

The media could not be loaded. I like products that work well and this product works very well. I was hesitant to buy it because of the price but I’m glad I spent a little extra money to get something quality. I bought a different one for my wife and it failed in less than a year With fewer than a dozen uses.

I really like the simplistic and sleek design of the power bank. The flush O ring in the back is also helpful in standing the phone up as well as using it in your fingers for more comfort. I didn't see much information re: how long it takes to charge the power bank nor how long it takes to charge a phone - so I contacted support and they were very helpful and responsive.Here's what I found out that may be helpful for others:1. It takes 1.5hr to charge the charging bank from 0% to 80%, and about 2h to charge to 100%.2. If you have an iPhone15, it takes about 153 minutes to charge 100% from 0.3. A 5000mAh magnetic charging bank with 100% charge can theoretically charge a 3,349mAh iPhone 15 multiple times. However, the actual number of charges will also be affected by factors such as charging efficiency, charging bank and the state of the phone. If the rated capacity of 3000mAh is calculated, it can theoretically charge the iPhone 15 for close to a complete cycle.4. The problem of the performance decline of the power bank after a few years usually refers to the cycle life of the battery. After a certain number of charge and discharge cycles, the capacity of a charging bank will gradually decrease. According to Apple's official data, the battery of the iPhone 15 can still maintain 80% of its original capacity after 1,000 charging cycles. The battery of the charging bank is similar, and will gradually degrade with the increase of charge and discharge times.5. We will look into a felt cover or carrying case for the power bank.6. The amount of electricity required by the charging bank to charge the mobile phone in different battery states: Theoretically, if the mobile phone is charged to 100% when the battery is at 50%, it will consume about 50% of the power of the charging bank. However, in actual use, because of the energy loss during the charging process, more electricity may be consumed.

I have only been used it once and it didn’t charge my phone to 100% before it ran out of juice (note that I charged it first overnight before first time usage).Maybe this will work for emergency purposes only, just to give some ‘life’ before it being charged fully/properly.So I guess my expectations was too high.

This thing is solid! I love how they have come with an 18 month warranty for defective products. So far so good. Have not needed the warranty so far but it’s a good piece of mind! So far, all Torras products I have gotten so far have been great quality. I would recommend to all.

The Good:Initially worked as intended. locked on and worked with phone. The Bad:Little after 45 days it stopped taking a charge and no longer works. I would send it back but it is best the return window.

Updated:I was contacted by Torras representative with regards to my recent review. She help me figure out the problem as to why it was getting too hot. First, my phone was not Qi2 wireless compatible. And second, it's made for IPhone 13 and up for fast charging. My phone was a Samsung and wasn't compatible with the wireless charger. That's why it's gets really hot and charged slow. She recommended a difference Torras. It's the same size and capacity and is magnetic to my phone case. But instead of wireless charging, it's wired charging. Since my phone doesn't have Qi2 technology. It fits my purpose even though it's not wireless and my charging time is much better than any wireless charger in the market. I give a 5 stars for their great customers service even when their product doesn't fits my needs. They provided me with a solution, and a product absolutely free of charge and expedited my delivery as well. I highly recommend TORRAS as there's no risk to try their products.I'm taking it on a trip as of now. Use it the first time and 30 minutes later hot to the touch. You can fry an egg on it. On top of that, it only charged 15% in the 30 minutes. I also bought the phone case with the same brand as the charger. I was thinking it will help with compatibility. I'm very disappointed in this product. I'm afraid to continue using it. Prolong uses with that much heat can't be good for your phone. I have a samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

Don't really write reviews and I'm not sure how many stars should I give this. Product is literally a 7.5W wirelessly charging. It claims to be 15W. Overall, came in a flawless and solid design. If anyone is looking for a 15W wireless charging do not waste your time.
