They fit and work
They are obviously not genuine Omron but they do the job. Only one slight drawback the lead is very thick, and hard to straighten.

Excellent for X2 Basic Omron.
Excellent. Omron X2 Basic machine, adaptor works like a dream. The lead could have been a bit longer but it's not so short as to be a big problem. Great value for money.

Doesnt fit well on omron m2 blood pressure monitor
I have omron m2 blood monitor. This charging cable fit quite badly. I have to push down on cable where it connects to machine to stop it falling out
