Keep in mind it has cayenne
The Hawaiian Pineapple flavor has a very light spiciness because of the cayenne pepper. I brushed my teeth without thinking and the spicy kicked harder, but then I tried it without the mint and it wasn't too bad. Something to keep in mind, overall I liked the flavor.

Burns throat going down
I got the artic flavor and it is absolutely terrible. It burns like a jalapeño in my throat. This can not be correct at all. I've had C4 before and this can't be right. Don't buy this
