This is my second Link Dream Bluetooth. I had my first Link Dream device approximately 10 years if not longer. It still works, I think from sometimes removing battery charger cord incorrectly battery charger port is somewhat loose and difficult to charge.My first Link Dream, was outstanding, clear crisp sound while communicating, no background noise, battery duration 20-24 hours, fast charge time, price very economical, and I received my Link Dream Bluetooth the next day.My second Bluetooth has an upgraded appearance, the same outstanding features as listed above. Good value budget Bluetooth phone headset. Controls well placed. USB-C charging. Great battery life. My complaints are that it doesn't announce calls from the contact list and doesn't announce talk time remaining when powering on. That and I HATE having a digital tone version of Ride Of The Valkyries as the incoming call prompt. This is the third BT headset I have tried that for some reason thinks that Wagner is the perfect ring sound. But, that said, the headset works well and has good volume and call sound and is very affordable at $16 (the price at the time of my order on Amazon).

Pretty comfortable for all day wear. People say they can hear me well and cannot hear the often-chaotic noises in the background.

To be honest I did not expect this bluetooth ear piece to do half of what was advertised but I received a very pleasant surprise when it did all f what was advertised. I saw that in the past reviews the voice prompt did not sound as friendly as some of the more expensive devices. For some customers I can see how that might be an issue but for me I am not trying to start a relationship with a headset so that was not a show stopper in making a purchasing choice. I can confirm that the voice is not as soft as some of the others but the functionality is acurate. I tested the sound cansellation by hitting the freeway at 65MPH in an economy sedan with lots of road noise. I place a call to a truck driver who was also on the road and we were both able to clearly hear each other. I know that his sound canseling device was responsible for me hearing his transmission clear but I mentioned it anyway. I never had to use the ear pligs that came with the blue tooth device. I placed it on my right ear leaving my left ear open to ear what was going on outside. The volume was sufficient to hear the phone conversation. The simultanious sync wth both my iPhone and desktop are both plug and play once the simple configuration setup is complete. I tested the battery life by going 3 days straight without re-charging and talking for about a half hour to 45 minutes each day. I did not want to push it and run out of battery charge when I need it. I normally charge up every night so that was the longest that I have gone without charging any ear piece. So far this ea piece is out performing more expensice ones owned in the past.
