It is a great product. Of course if u use all 3 layers, it will be uncomfortable.We are men, we are not used to high heels, right?Suggestion: if u decide to use with your sneakers, just use the main layer.(u cant.not use all the layers in your sneakers. All The layers are supposed to be used on boots). It will help you to get use to.2 layers are not uncomfortable. 3 layers are very unconfortable.

im sorry to say, these shoe pads are VERY HARD , not comfortable cushioning for my heel from pain. I Hope it works for you...

Bought these for my planters fasciitis not height increase. It provided a great deal of cushion for my heal. The PROBLEM is they are to narrow so it creates a feeling that u are walking on the side of ur foot or possibly that u will roll your heel. The heal portion needs to be wider to fill the entire width of the shoe.Also if using for height they ll only really work if you are wearing high tops. Even w 1 height attachment or w none your heal will feel like it's coming out of your regular shoes as your foot is now to high to sit properly in your shoes.

Excellent quality, but didn't get to the comfort, support,or anything else cause once I put the lift in the shoe,there was no room left for my foot!
