Can get you out of a tight situation. Not the strongest and does bend quite easily. Would recommend for tight john guest fittings though.

I've been struggling recently trying to remove small John Guest elbows and fittings from valve blocks in coffee machines, almost tearing nails ( read into that what you want lol ) , flat head screw drivers, grips, pushing in the fitting, puffing and huffing and generally getting really cheesed off trying to take the fittings off of the valve stems, only succeeding through sheer determination really.Anyway, got home one afternoon earlier this week and thought, right....there has to be a tool for this and if there isn't I'm going to make one !! Did a bit of Googling and hey presto this nifty little set came up.....on the John Guest site and on a few of the coffee spares sites , a bit cheaper but with shipping made it more expensive, so. took the plunge and seeing as it has a John Guest keyring with it holding the various size release tools I thought this should be worth a shot for a tenner.I wasn't wrong, tried it on an old valve block with a fitting I've been struggling to remove and within 2 seconds, et voila !! the JG elbow was off with ease. No more struggling. Thank goodness as next Monday I have a machine where I've got to remove 6 of these elbows. Excellent tool and quick delivery from the seller, thank you for saving me more grey hair !!

I used the tool to help me unlock the push fit fitting on my water filter, I couldn’t do it without it!! Really pleased 😊
