Perfect fit
The replacement pan and basket are perfect. Unfortunately I have to send them back because my ninja "died" the day before I received it and I'm not sure if I'll buy the same unit again. So therefore I have no need for the items.

I have had this less then two weeks. I have used this about five times with the included parchment paper. Why is it chipping? And when you try customer service it takes you to an incomplete website. Do yourself a favor order from Ninja it's not much more expensive and they have the best warranty.

Metal threads shed from basket, wash and scrub before use
CAUTION WITH THIS PRODUCT: METAL FRAGMENTS SHEDDING FROM BASKET. When I washed the basket, I noticed tiny thinner-than-thread metal fragments shedding from it, apparently artefacts from manufacture that have not been thoroughly removed from the product. Inspect product carefully upon receipt and scrub thoroughly before use.
