Does what it says
This is a life saver I use this to travel long distances with my insulin pens. It’s easy to use and does keep the insulin cold . Makes giving my shots easy and has enough room for several pens, built well in my opinion

Keeps meds cool for traveling
UPDATE: This company has great customer service! They contacted me and sent me a replacement case, and the zipper works perfectly!I used this med cooler recently in mybackpack while flying. It is a hard case and very protective of my meds, but the zipper is extremely difficult to open and close, even though I waxed them a little. The "fabric" on either side of the zipper is stuck in the zipper and I can't get it out. I also wish it held a little more gear. Although I can fit 3 large medicine pens into the secure loops, I can only fit 2 sets of the accompanying needles in the case.TSA did flag my bag and took the case out to inspect it but took one look, closed it, and put it back.I forgot to put it into a fridge when I arrived, but the meds were still cold when I remembered.I kept the ice packs in the freezer but took them out the night before to make them a little more pliable. They were still fairly frozen in the morning but easily slid into their pockets.I recommend this product. I just wish I'd known to be more carefulful when first zipping it up so the fabric didn't catch.

Great for traveling
I recently took my insulin cooler travel case with a digital display on a fishing trip, and I'm thrilled with its performance!Firstly, the textured surface of the cooler gives it a premium feel, adding a touch of elegance to its functionality. Secondly, its sturdy construction withstood the rigors of outdoor use, providing reliable protection for my insulin supplies. Additionally, the inclusion of a wrist strap proved to be incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily attach the cooler to my backpack, keeping it within reach at all times. With the digital display, I could monitor the temperature continuously, guaranteeing the effectiveness of my insulin.Overall, I'm highly impressed with the quality and practicality of this product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of a dependable insulin storage solution for their outdoor adventures.

Travel Lifesaver!
The Casazen insulin cooler travel case is a very convenientand useful way to transport your insulin. It's very protective and the thermometer is a nice touch. I bought two types of insulin cooler travel case last year, butthis one has the strongest shell, I believe it can protect your medicine well, its leather texture is very beautiful, my friend praised it and asked me to recommend it.Finally, please note that when I used it last month, perhaps due to the very low temperature of the weather itself, this insulin cooler travel case can keep the drug at a low temperature for more than 20 hours, and I estimate that it can only keep for more than 10 hours in summer. However, if you want to use it when the outdoor temperature exceeds 86℉, if you want to keep your insulin at 35.6℉-46.4℉, I'd say about 7-10 hours.Overall, this is the best medication cooler for travel I'veused so far and I highly recommend it!!!

Reached 55°F After Only 3 Hours — Not as Advertised
The description says "Cooler Travel Case offers extended cooling capabilities, keeping your medication below 74°F for up to 24 hours. When external temperatures are below 86°F, it can maintain a temperature range of 35.6-46.4°F for 6-10 hours." I froze the the blue pouches for 12 hours, put them in the case and after 3 hours, the temperature on the digital readout says 55 degree. My home interior is 73 degree....so then why is the case temp already at 55 degrees after 3 hours when it says it can keep the case between 35.6 - 46.4 for 6-10 hours with an external temperature below 86 degrees.....??? I know its safeif the temp is below 74 degrees, but the claim that it can keep it between 35.6-46.4 degrees for 10 hours is FALSE as its only been 3 hours and my case is already at 56.1 degrees

Quality and performance
This travel case works great with transporting your items on airplanes. I experienced no issues with the medicine or syringes in the case on an east to west coast fights. Highly recommend

Did not stay cold
I placed the ice packs in the freezer a week before travel and it was the last thing to go in the carry-on. When I reached my destination about 15 hours later it had reached 75. After reading reviews, I thought it would keep my meds cool but it did not. I was very disappointed in this case. I purchased and added an extra ice pack for the return flight. While it helped a bit, the temp was not as cool as expected.

Medicine was kept secure
This travel Insulin cooler was perfect for out trip. I thought for sure airport security was going to open it and inspect the case, but it went through security without inspection. It kept the medicine cool for the 6 hour plane flight until I could get it refrigerated. It was convenient and fit into our carry on with no problems. Consider purchasing this product if you have to travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated.
