Why did you pick this product vs others?:Tall and wide shelf unit. Shelves under 12in deep so it works in a narrow hallway. Surprisingly easy to assemble. Sturdy and attractive industrial looking. Good value. Very satisfied.

For the price this shelving unit would be hard to beat. I recently moved back in with my parents home and I needed a place to put all my decor and some books and give my room my own “feel”. These shelves are a lot of bang for the buck as far as I am concerned. Assembly was pretty easy especially since my daughter helped. Would have been nice to have TWO tools to tighten the screws but it’s okay. It’s very sturdy and I like the height of the shelving placements.

This shelving unit is perfect for what I needed it for. A mash up of books, albums and Lego sets and this helps keep them all in place and looks good at the same time. I was skeptical in the sturdiness but once it was put together, it is pretty solid. I was able to put it together fairly easily and the size of it is spot on. I recommend this shelf, especially if you have a lot of different things that need some organizing.😊

I purchased this shelving set as a display unit. It looks very nice, seems quite sturdy, and a good price for what I was looking fir. Easier than building one. The only difficulty I had, was with the instructions. It shows putting the back braces across the 2 center upright poles, but it doesn't tell you to make sure that the poles in the center need to have the holes in them. You also cannot see these holes on the instruction sheet. I had to take the unit apart to exchange the posts for the correct ones. A little bit frustrating. Other than that, no real issues.

I would not trust the weight limits. They are more like 10 to 15 pounds per shelf maximum. Read all the instructions before you install it, making sure all the holes are right and lined up. When finished, the shelves look very nice compared to the ones from 2007. They are lighter and, I guess, a value. The size is okay. There are no missing parts. We will see if it holds up.

Bought this shelf for my son to display lego’s. Shelving system was easy to assemble. These shelves were a good value. The quality is good & they look great! Perfect size for what he needed!

LOVED this bookshelf! I'm such a bookworm and got tired of keeping all my books randomly stashed or hidden throughout my apartment. But now I can put all those pretty beauts out for display! I even joke and call it my own personal library since I let friends borrow some from time to time.Installation was pretty frickin easy! It took us maybe 30-60 minutes total to put it together. It took me longer to organize it just perfectly!

Great bookcase for my teen son. Lots of room, but adds some interest with alternating shelves. Surprisingly sturdy, and I actually like the type of braces so that it's adjustable depending on your base boards
