My husband had brought home an ugly virus after flying out of town that caused us both so much congestion that it just lingered for 3 weeks so out of desperation I thought I’d give this a try. I immediately noticed I could breathe better like it just opened my chest up and the mucus is finally subsiding. First morning without constant dripping from my nose. I just started taking it? I don’t take western medicine from doctors unless I’m dying but they put my husband on all kinds of stuff including antibiotics which didn’t help him much at all. I smoke a pack a day and I decided to try these. I cough much less now and I can tell a big difference if I don’t take one daily. The smell/taste is gross (to me) when I first put it in my mouth, but goes away quickly.
