The product is good, but claiming its warranty is very difficult. The customer care service is not smooth. The customer executives are unprofessional and do not respond properly. To claim the warranty, the product has to be sent to their warehouse. They do not respond properly on phone and email, so how can they be trusted to repair our product properly and send it back? Their customer executive says, "Get it repaired by your own technician, we will reimburse you 200-250", how disgusting.

This induction cooktop is very useful in my daily cooking and it has made the process much easier and more convenient. The hands free timer function is very useful, allowing me to multitask while the cooktop automatically cooks for the set time, and adjusts the power based on the ingredients. I really like the pre set Indian menu options for dishes like chapati, idli, and dosa, which makes cooking quick and simple. It is energy efficient, provides fast direct heating, and works without a flame, making it a safe and efficient option for the kitchen. it feels reliable for everyday use and is a perfect induction for my kitchen.
