So I ordered this based on the mostly positive reviews. Supposed to be up and going in about 10 minutes. We'll lets just say that was not the experience I had. Im relatively tech savvy. That said after 4 hours and repeatedly getting 2 errors and having gone to the vendors website and trying the recommendations I finally went to bed defeated. The next day I tried again. Still not able to print. The device wouldn't complete the calibration. So I sent a detailed email to their support. I outlined what was going on and what i had done. The response i got ignored all of that and asked me questions I had already answered. I called that out but still responded with the answers.the next response was more of the same. I explained that I felt like I was being ignored and wasn't going to keep answering the basic questions or repeating myself and that the device should have had a better quality control prior to shipment, and asking if there were further suggestions beyond the sites recommended steps. The response was basically for me take apart the back. I felt like this was beyond the scope for a ready to use device. So i called Amazon to take it back. It was sent on 4-1-25. Today is 4-10-25, and while the site initially stated I'd be refunded today, it now says the 20th. I called their customer service and am being told that this refund is pending flash forge getting it. Initially I had planned to order the same device hoping it was just an error in manufacturing but how this is going is giving me pause to reconsider. And when 12 out of 76 reviews are like mine I'm really thinking I'm going another direction. The longer this takes the less inclined I am to give them a second shot. Update. I got my refund shortly after posting this review on 4/13. However I have decided I would order from a different company and see how that goes.

My son has printed quite a few items. Seems to be decently durable. Good value for the money.

A pretty solid printer. 2 things that stink: 1. Pulled the USB stick out, and the entire port came with it and disconnected, so there went any chance of printing, as it is the only port on the printer (besides Ethernet) 2. The cloud printing options are basically nonexistent as they are being phased out. Both options are very tedious to use and ultimately end in failed prints because of their awfulness

I bought this for my 14 year old son. He's been having it for 8 months now. It was easy to setup and get started. Easy for him to learn to 3d print. Makes all kinds of action figures and accessories. He loves this printer and haven't had any problems with it

Juste a noter qu avec l utilisation du PETG, prévoir le changement de buses si l on imprime pas mal !

sehr schnelle Lieferung. Alles dabei und intakt. Man kann sofort loslegen, als Probe mit den vorinstallierten prints am Gerät. Danach beginnt die Auseinandersetzung mit den Programmen (Anfänger!) Mit dem Orca Slicer bin ich nicht zurecht gekommen, vielleicht auch etwas überheblich von mir, als Anfänger damit loszulegen... (Druck konnte ich nicht senden, bzw.. senden aber der printer blieb bei 2% stehen) bin dann auf das einfache Slicer Programm von flashforge umgestiegen und das läuft toll. Jetzt gehts an Programm lernen.

Easy to set up plug and play did run into few difficulty’s with splicer but my fault but was so easy to use and prints came out insane
