Jewel Backround 3D Cliff Dark

Really like the product, was a bit apprehensive at first,but well worth the time I took too get the cover looking the way I wanted. A few modifications were made but worth the effort. Will be getting the back panels as well pretty soon, once I have the money to buy them lol ( expensive for one panel) but in my opinion well worth it. All in all no complaints. Dispatch and delivery were good too.

Great product, tricky to fit in the Trigon Juwel 190 Corner Tank. I found the backgrounds I have were bowed, touching the glass in the centre of each panel. Maybe this is normal and happens during the manufacturing of them. So I used a band saw to cut them and was very easy, using a Stanley knife may not be as easy but if care is taken then there should be no problems. The backgrounds are thin at one edge, so this is perfect for fitting against the filter and wedging against the glass front. Silicone is used to stick it all together to the glass, I had to use supports to hold the background in place were it was not touching the glass. Using two wood lengths to push the corners in place and cramping them together, top and bottom front to back and so on. You just have to do I dry run to make sure it all fits. Once its on, its on..Final touch is to paint with acrylic paint the sides which you can see at the front in black, this way you don't see the edge of the background And it looks great well worth it and also helps to keep the tank warm with extra insulation.

Give yourself plenty of time for the adhesive to go off and take your time getting the size correct. The look is very good and as normal you get what you pay for. I am very pleased so far and hope I say the same in 5 years time.

This looks good to hide the filter. I used the recommended Juwel adhesive to attach the covering. But after a week the decorative cover detached its self from the filter so thus floated to the surface.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der schnellen Lieferung dieser optisch wirklich tollen Rückwände. Natürlich braucht die ordentliche Installation ein wenig Zeit, und auch etwas handwerkliches Geschick, aber die Mühen lohnen sich mehr als. (Bei einer Neueinrichtung eines Aquariums sollte man sich sowieso Zeit lassen) Wir haben vorher auch die Rezensionen anderer gelesen, in denen öfter geschrieben wurde, dass man aufpassen muss, weil manche Welse in der Lage sind, diese Wände abzufräsen.. daher haben wir uns bei unserem Fachhändler des Vertrauens beraten lassen und uns für Panzerwelse entschieden. Diese lassen die Wände gänzlich in Ruhe und wir erfreuen uns jetzt jeden Tag an unserem wunderschönen Aquarium. Also die Mühe, die Zeit und das Geld lohnen sIch in unseren Augen definitiv!!! Wir haben im übrigen ein Juwel Rio 180, und auch den zugehörigen Filtercover verbaut.

Sieht sehr schön aus! Es ist eine kleine Säge dabei aber kein Kleber. Ganz toller Kundenservice ich habe die erste Lieferung reklamiert und habe sofort eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten. Habe nun die Verkleidung mehrere Wochen drin und es ist alles so wie es sein sollte kein Farbnachlass. Es muss auf jeden Fall angeklebt werden an der Pumpe da es in der Art Styropor ist ansonsten würde es immer hoch schwimmen.
