Could not wait to open this. Took less than 30 minutes to charge right out of the box. Him: back pain. Me: lower back pain (*cough*Lady symptoms!) and neck tension. I get migraines. I know it says NOT to use it on your neck. There is literally a diagram in the booklet with an X through it. Just be careful people. Be smart. Seriously :) He liked the warm settings. I LOVED the cool settings. Works just as described. Super easy to use. Kind of hard to hold on higher settings whoa! I used both hands on settings 4-6. Little guy packs a punch :) i like the soft applicator. Looks like a flat door knob. I’m more of a gentle massage gal. All the thumbs up. Cheers to less aches and pains and less migraine meds!

I can't recommend this gun more when compared to the theragun or hypervolt. Long story short, I was introduced to these style of therapy guns while on a deployment. A bunch of my friends had the full range of the competitors guns. Being on deployment, I had ample time to work out and eventually injur myself, leading me to borrow my friends' guns just about every day, and I alternated with the different brands to find what I like and don't like. Price factor removed, I would rate this just under the mid tier theragun, but well above the bottom tier thera gun or the hypervolt. But the slight advantage the thera gun has over this (I liked the triangle grip, and the heads slightly better) isn't worth the 300 dollar difference in price. Plus it has the heating head. (The cooling is relatively ineffective like a cpu air cooling fan) I am a 30 year old 220 lb athletic dude, I was worried this gun wouldn't be able to really get my muscles, just like some of the knock off brands I have tried. But this thing is great, I haven't stalled it out yet, which I can't say the same for the bottom tier theragun.

Bought this massage gun for my husband Christmas gift and the cooling and heating only working for a few mins and stop working. I’m very disappointed with this item. I’m not getting a way for a replacement.

Akekekeee if ykyk , no but all jokes aside it’s a great product I love the heat setting it helps get the knots out of deep tissue which helps with relief. It’s huge and kind of heavy . But super easy to use with a great case for easy travel.

This thing is amazing. Love every setting of it. It works so well, and the battery lasts what seems like forever. Various attachments are awesome as well. The heating and cooling feature is only available to use with one attachment. But it works great and gets cold and also heats up nicely. Will help you with sore muscles for sure. Has very powerful settings.

Good ... enjoy the options of attachments. It doesn't seem to be a vigorous as my previous tissue massager. But still good!

I’ve got this in January. I thought I’d wait several months Before review, first to learn how to use this new technology and secondly, to see if it actually works. I’m a professional Licensed massage therapist. And I have to admit, I’m obsessed. As you can see in the picture, I have the Hypervolt, which is also state of the art, doesn’t sound like a lawnmower like the Theragun. This masterpiece from Shopper image to no surprise is only $150 and it has heat therapy and cold therapy. This option comes with charging and five hour battery life, I’m beyond pleased.

I had high hopes for this handheld massager, especially given the price (nearly $200), but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The main reason I chose this model was for the advertised hot and cold settings. Unfortunately, that feature never worked properly from the start. I went through two replacements, and none of them had functioning hot/cold settings. After that, I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they sent me another unit for free. At first, that seemed like good customer service—but the replacement didn’t last either. Within about two months, the hot/cold function stopped working again. On top of that, both units I now own have become noticeably weaker over time and significantly louder than when they were new. For a product at this price point, I expected durability and consistent performance. Instead, I ended up with multiple defective units and features that never worked as advertised. I cannot recommend this product, especially if the hot/cold feature is important to you.
