Very handy. Fits perfectly into my pant's cargo pocket. Very durable, has not shown any noticable wear. I can fit four Narcan sprays, a pair of exam gloves, CPR mask and sanitizing wipes easily. Makes carrying Narcan convenient and quickly accessible. During an overdose event time it's crucial, I have four rescues chalked up since obtaining this and it really makes a world of difference in the quality and speed of care

Two Narcan items barely fit in. I prefer to keep them unpacked. In this way, it is clear they haven’t been used. This is the only problem with the size of this one.

This is better than I expected. My doctor prescribed Narcan because of my condition and the combination of medications I take. I will probably never use the contents of the case (hopefully) but I keep it in my purse and the case gets banged around in there. I have a toddler in the house and if she ever got a hold of my medicine, everyone in the house knows where to find the bright orange case in my purse. It's bright enough to be able to identify it in a hurry. The case is sturdy and the zipper works perfectly. All in all, I'm glad I purchased this and know if ever the contents is needed the case will be easy to find and easy to open.

Good sturdy case, you can’t put both does on one side , but both doses do fit in the case. Easy to find and easy to carry.
