Boba bottle
It was a gift and they state it works well and does not leak. They loved the wood bottom.

Not good 😐
Well, I really wanted to like this. I got it and read directions, took everything out the box, boiled the water, heated the pearls as directions said. Poor tea pack in cup and poured hot water in cup, stirred with paper straw...ugh straw fell apart. Put ice cubes in and pearls,. Stirred with my utensil. I got really excited but after my first drink....I spit it out. The tapioca pearls were slimy crunchy gritty balls of gross. The tea was indescribable, I had to spit several times. Poured it out and got on here to warn others to not buy this gross stuff. Waste of money 💰

Less Expensive to Make at Home
So easy now to make my boba tea at home for about 1/3 the price. And it tastes so good!! Highly recommend!! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted Thai Milk Tea and not everyone offered it. I also based my purchase on cost.

Chew boba
The tea isnt too bad, it had a nice flavor and was similar to something I would buy at a boba shop. The tapioca pearls were off. I'm not sure if it was the method of heating them up or its just because they were old from being bagged for so long but they tasted stale and chewy. Other than that the drink was alright.

Good simple black tea boba drink
The instructions are pretty typical of home boba kits and easy to follow. Make sure you mind the wattage of your microwave in regards to warming the boba pearls (and don't skip ventilating). The prepared drink tastes like a regular black tea with a touch of creamer. The boba pearls are soft and easy to chew, no notable flavor by their self but pick up some of the liquid flavor and are mildly sweet. While my preference is for taro flavor, this is a decent black tea style. Adding extra sweetener or milk does make the flavor more rich. The included straws hold up well through the course of drinking a single serving and have sufficient diameter for the boba pearls to pass through easily.
