UPDATE: Lightly used it to power a fairy light string in the house. It quit; won’t take a charge — solar or electrical. Disappointed, sad, and lost dollars because the return window closed a few weeks ago.This is the Big Daddy of all power banks. It’s designed for charging anything. It is charged by solar, battery, or plugging in. It is ready for any task and can handle several together. I am located at the Gulf Of MEXICO where hurricanes are an unwanted way of life. I specifically shopped with hurricanes in mind and thought this power bank looked promising. Boy, it’s THE one! Rugged, heavy duty, versatile.

I’ve been using this portable solar-powered battery for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with this purchase. I can charge my phone, tablet, and even a small laptop without issue. It’s more than enough to power all my devices throughout a weekend trip. It’s lightweight enough to toss into a backpack, yet sturdy enough to withstand the rough conditions of outdoor use. The casing feels premium and protects the battery well. The multiple USB ports are a great touch—charging several devices at once is super convenient, and the LED display shows you the battery status at a glance. The fact that it's powered by solar energy makes it an environmentally-friendly choice, and I feel good about reducing my carbon footprint while still staying connected. It is advised to fully charge on electricity to be able to use at full capacity before your trip.

It only charges your phone in the solar aspect if you’re in the sun and have your phone plugged in. The solar aspect doesn’t seem to charge the battery itself. It’s highly durable, easy to carry and helps you charge on the go - while charging may be slower when using the solar component, if your battery is already charged if defaults to using the solar spect and preserves the charge until you aren’t using the light any longer.

Great so far. Very handy to have as a back up power source. Only 2 things I don’t like. One, it’s a beefy unit and heavy. But, for the power it has it’s going to be heavy.The connections, (cords) are too short.Otherwise I’m very happy with it.

Ive had this for several months now and have used it countless times. I thought it would be great for camping but we actually use it every day bc we can carry our phones around while they’re charging or just sit where we want while it’s charging. I always pick one thing to give my family for Christmas that I have 5 stars to. This will be everyone’s gift next Christmas.Some features aren’t necessary. The compass I don’t think is accurate and I’m not sure why there’s a red laser light but the kids think it’s fun.

Holds charge well. We purchased recently after a few bad storms and going without power for a few hours to charge phones and has multiple flash light options (we bought 3) family of 8Highly recommend

Bought this solar charger recently and I've left it on charge for over 24 hours but it doesn't fully charge and seems to deplete very fast. I haven't tried to charge it through the solar panel yet but I don't think it will change my opinion of the charger. I will keep it charged just for an emergency but I won't be depending on it.

What is to dislike?This unit charges my iPhone and Fire Tablet with ease, and the solar charging works well in direct sunlight.It's not a Solar Array but it holds its own with direct sunlight and can fully charge itself in a day sitting in a south-facing window. The emergency light is bright, and the watch charger is straightforward to use. I am truly not sure where all of the negative comments are coming from, but this unit does exactly what it is advertised it can do. I like mine.
