Updated on 3-3-2025, Since I took this Alpha-lipoic acid supplementary vitamin B1&B12, the side effects has appeared in me, I have been sleepless for two nights, fatigued during the day, had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Last night I vomited everything I ate during the day, and I didn’t sleep the night before and last night. But it does help to reduce my neuralgia pain, the side effects just not very friendly to me. Other people might never feel any side effects, I feel so sad that I felt this strong side effect. I guess I just continue to wear the electric heating head warmer, and take only vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 instead.I have trigeminal neuralgia pain for 5 days, and I tried this, I opened the 2 Alpha Lipoic Acid Benfotiamine, B1&B12 capsules and put the powders inside the yogurt, I took it with my breakfast. I also put the electric face warmer on my face to reduce the pain. Only 2 days, the swollen has gone, and I can eat food without put hot water bottle on my face to reduce the pain. This is my personal experience. Not sure if it works for anyone else, but I do appreciate everyone’s reviews for this supplement on Amazon, it gave me the courage to try it as well. Thanks!

I do get pain relief from this product. The cost is compatible with other no name brands.

So far so good with not having the tingly feelings in my legs and feet. I've been on these now for 2 months
