eufy X10 Pro Omni (Replacement Parts Kit)

Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

Easy to set up. Extremely good in navigation. Very good vacuum and mopping performance. Happy to have purchased this product.

انصح به وبشده. استغنيت عن الخادمه ينظف بجداره يكنس ويمسح اقدر احدد الايام والاوقات واحدد الغرفه اللي ما يدخلها. وفر علي ساعات من التنظيف. تصلني مسجات لو علق او يحتاج اي شي مع فيديو توضيحي لحل اي مشكله

I bought this Eufy robot thinking it would make life easier, but it completely failed after just two months with a hardware problem. When I contacted customer support for warranty, the nightmare started. It took a whole month of back-and-forth emails before they even arranged for a courier to collect the product, and I still haven’t heard back since then. On top of that, they say in their terms that if the product gets damaged during shipping (with their own courier), I lose the warranty! This is completely unacceptable. The device is unreliable, and the customer service is frustratingly slow and unhelpful. I regret buying it and strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

Brilliant bit of kit. You can definitely see the wash marks on plain tiles, but on patterned tiles that's invisible. Another downside is that though it self-empties, it does so into a bag....more stuff to buy....I thought we were done with those. As a result, I pause it before it's due to empty, and manually empty it into the bin myself. This kind of defeats the purpose of being self emptying. Overall, we chose this one as it has its own little water tank on board, and I'm glad we did. I don't regret buying this and am happy to recommend. The minor inconvenience of emptying it is just me being reluctant to add to landfill. It's a choice. Otherwise- brilliant.

I bought both the original Eufy pads and the cheaper ones. The cheaper ones are 1/2 the thickness. When cleaning with them there wasn’t enough pressure on the floor

Complete spare set for my Eufy Omni X10 which is one of the most important items in my house now. Highly recommend to have one.

Ich brauchte neue Wischer für meinen Eufy, ich habe zuerst No Name gekauft das habe ich sonst auch bei meinem damaligen Dreame gemacht, allerdings haben die nachgemachten nicht die Dicke wie die originalen die Folge war überall fitzen und dreckige Fugen, nach 3 Anläufen mit No Name habe ich das Original bestellt und jetzt ist mein Haus wieder sauber ich werde mur noch die Originalen kaufen aber der Preis ist für mich nicht verständlich.
