Apenas un par de semanas de uso, pero buen desempeño y muy práctico, solo lo siento un tanto debil al subir las varillas a la altura máxima de las empuñaduras.

Back up tell me what you're gonna do now. I got kind of punked with the first delivery rollator in an open box, and the rollator was stuck in the folded position. My return and replacement rollator request got processed quickly. Only hassle was taping closed the open box for shipping, and waiting in time window for porch pickup by UPS. Return got confirmed to me several days later. Movin’ on. My replacement Nitro Sprint rollator was delivered in a fully sealed box one day after the return pickup and two days after Santa consumed the milk and cookies I left for him under the tree in my home. The Drive bag was better quality and easier to zip compared to the bag that came with the rollator I had returned. It was somewhat stiff to unfold the replacement rollator for the first time, but I've been rollin’ rollin’ rollin’ ever since. Smooth steering requires both hands for precise maneuvering control which is great. Brakes work the way they should, and adjust well. The toe pedals are a little small but nonetheless can help stabilize the rear wheel while I'm pushing down on the handles to raise the front wheels up and over curbs and similar obstacles. All of the rollator adjustment features are effective and relatively easy to use. The seat is comfortable as is sitting on the folding handle. I always follow the extremely important safety warning to NEVER SIT AND ROLL. I'm glad I had also purchased the cup/phone holder accessory. It is real handy to have, and there are several places to attach the holder to the rollator. I like the bright red color of the frame I got. It makes the rollator very noticeable in the pedestrian mode of use. I find the quality of materials and construction to be top-notch, and the functionality of the rollator is superb. The rollator is worthy of the reasonable investment I made to improve my mobility and help prevent falls.

After only one month the backrest became detached from frame (the stitching on the backrest unravelled). Also the front right wheel seemed so tight I could barely push the walker. The wheel felt like it was seized and wouldn't turn. I had to struggle just to get it moving. I really like the walker but if its basically useless not much point in having it. I tried to reach out to manufacturer/seller but never received a response. I was not looking for a replacement I only wanted to see if I could order a new backrest and how to get the wheel working. If you can't get information from seller then I would not buy this walker. Finally received a reply and was directed to contact a local repair business. Contacted the local repair and with two simple repairs the walker will be like new. I ordered a new backrest plus a new bearing (fork) for wheel, parts and labour will be 153.00. Because of hip and knee replacement I was relying too heavily on the walker. Sometimes it is a poor quality item but in this case I am to blame for the needed repair. Still love this walker. I get many nice comments on the colour and style of the walker.

This is my wife's first of two walkers in addition to the aluminum two wheel walker from the hospital. She has severe arthritis and injuries to her feet, so she uses her walker for more than just balance, she leans on her walker when she walks. We have a modest home so this walker is quite a bit larger than the aluminum one, so navigating this walker for her was challenging at first. She thought it was too big. So, eventually I bought a different brand walker with four equal size wheels. It turns out, we don't like the other brand for reasons we didn't consider before owning a walker. The larger front tires and wheels of the Nitro are easier to steer and navigate both indoors and outdoors. The off set front wheels of the Nitro makes it earlier to steer and the brakes function reasonably. Also the Nitro has a smaller footprint and takes up less physical space opened or closed ( consider if you go to restaurants). The Nitro is also much easier to fold and unfold. Just pull up on the handle on the seat. They both weigh about 20 pounds and claim they are light weight. But my opinion is 20 pounds is pretty heavy for a handicapped woman who only weighs 95 pounds. I'm not young either and her caregiver so an important consideration is how easy this item is to carry or get into and out of a small car or (in my case behind the front seat of my pickup truck). The Nitro is a slightly smaller of the two and easier to handle because it clips and stays closed. Carrying this up and down steps is hard if you're old. Something I didn't consider at the time I made this purchase. The doors in our house are 30 inches. The walker goes thru but it's a little tight if you're turning. However, the bathroom doors are only 24 inches. The walker cannot go through that door opening in the opened position. A pet peeve of the other brand's walker. The Nitro wheels are silver. The other brand wheels are black and has a wider stance. So, against dark carpet I am tripping and kicking the wheels of the other brand in my bare feet frequently and painfully. I never kick or trip on the Nitro tires.
