I purchased this 3-step ladder to access our crawlspace, and it has exceeded my expectations. It is tall enough to reach the crawlspace opening but compact enough to not cover the entrance. The ladder arrived mostly assembled, and I only needed to attach the top handle. All hardware was included, even a small wrench, making assembly quick and simple. The ladder is very sturdy and feels safe to use. Rubber traction on the legs, steps, and handle grip provides excellent stability. The handle is high enough to hold until you are steady, and the safety clasp prevents the ladder from opening while carrying it. Opening and closing the ladder is smooth and effortless, without any stiff buttons or difficult adjustments. Despite its stability, the ladder is surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to carry and store. It collapses easily for transport or storage and takes up very little space. Considering the price, this ladder offers excellent value. It is well-made, safe, and convenient, making it perfect for home projects or tight spaces. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable, compact step ladder.

I am 6ft and weigh 235lbs. This is great to get me that little extra height i need to change a bulb or clean the air vents in an apartment that has 10ft ceilings. If you are someone who struggles to see out the peep hole on your front door, get a bigger ladder. If you are someone who struggles to reach the bottom of a top load washer, get a bigger ladder. This will not replace a 4ft or a 6ft ladder. This is great to get you an extra boost for minor, light work tasks. This is a very sturdy little ladder and its easy to store. I keep mine next to the dryer and its out of the way. If I had tk guess, the thing weighs about 10ish pounds but im sure that info is in the description. For what it is, the product is great. It is as safe as any other ladder. Just keep in mind you can fall off this ladder just like you can any other ladder if you arent careful and are messing around.

HB is normally a reliable step-ladder manufacturer, so when we need step ladders for our restaurant kitchen, we choose based on the HB brand before anything else. This is the first time I've chosen to use the 4-step variety, which is very helpful because the 4th step allows so much more vertical reach. The feet on these HB ladders have superior non-slip quality, which is another reason for choosing this brand. They fold very thin, so it's easy to find a spot to store these all over. Tghey also fold out very easily and are pretty lightweight, making them easy to use throughout the day. Even the least strong person should be able to carry these around with ease. The ladders are normally pretty sturdy and last long, but the reason I gave these 4 instead of 5 stars was because one of these that I ordered had a broken weld on one of the support bars not long after I purchased it. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, didn't have the box for this original one, so I ended up having to pay for a box to return this in. This is not typical of the quality with these, but just beware.

It folds thin. perfect for tucking away. opens easily and sturdy. i feel safe when using. the foam on the handle adds comfort. just the right height for a two step ladder.

Very sturdy sep stool/ ladder. Have extremely tall cabinets and can reach all of them with this. Top step is right under our counters which I use to climb on to. Feel this is a safer option. Handle also helps. It is light weight and easy to move around house easily.

I had a feeling this would be a good ladder and I was not disappointed. As a senior, living in an apartment, I needed something high enough to reach my top shelves and safe enough, despite the height. It also needed to be light weight and compact. It arrived mostly intact. I just had to put the top handle on it. All the gear was there, even a little wrench, and it was very easy to complete. Regarding safety, this is a very sturdy ladder. It’s easy to open but then it stays put. There’s rubber traction on everything - the legs, steps and even the handle grip. Also, the handle grip is high enough that you can reach it easily until you’re steady enough to let go, or ready to steps down. It’s simple to open (no stiff or hard to reach buttons). You just press the little safety clasp on the handle. I like that the clasp keeps it from opening when you’re carrying it around. It’s light weight, despite its capabilities. I consider the price a very good deal for what I got. Definitely worth the 5 star rating I gave it.

Great step stool at a great price when on sale/discount. This is simple to assemble and even easier to use and store when not in use, as it folds quite flat. It is sturdy, with no rocking and easily holds my weight. This step stool is a great tool for the kitchen, or wherever you may need a bit extra height.

I like that I can get up to my highest shelf in my kitchen cupboards & ceiling light fixtures. One down size I do wish the steps came out further. Otherwise very well made & sturdy.
