I really like this kinesiology tape! It’s easy to apply on my own knee, and it stays in place for several days—even through bathing, swimming, and wearing pants. The support it provides has been great, and I’ve already bought a few boxes. Highly recommend for anyone needing dependable, long-lasting tape.

I am very impressed with these, they seem to have better adhesive than the expensive K tape.I wore one for four days which included two hour long lap swims! A little tricky to put on as they want to stick to themselves, but luckily the backing is in several pieces so just take your time and pull it up fairly tight.

It's the same tape athletes use for protecting their muscles in sports and gymnastics, so it is sturdy. It did not provide enough support overall when my knee acted up, and had to use a full brace. But it did give me added security on a recent trip when I walked every day.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

It's ok...but not great. I like that's it's pre-shaped for my knee and putting it on was easy once you get the hang of it. The ends of the tape roll off/unstick even under clothes. Definitely doesn't even last a full dayl. I had high hopes for it lasting longer, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The part that does stick (the part under my knee) does seem to stay, but it's the long end pieces that need better adhesive IMO. If you're in a hurry and don't want to bother cutting the regular K tape, this may be a solution, but keep your expectations realistic about the adhesive and how long it will stay on. I may try regular K tape and see how that works for me.

Got these for my mom as she’s dealing with joint pain during her chemotherapy treatments. She said these helped relieve her pain so much! Super comfortable and easy to use. She has some neuropathy as well and this was no issue to put on herself. Fantastic product for the price we paid and fit her knees great!!

Found out I’m going to need a knee replacement. A friend showed me something similar so thought I’d try them. I was skeptical, but once I put it on I was amazed how much better my knee felt. Taking if off before applying another I can definitely notice the support they give to help stability. Highly recommend.

Love these! The reason for the 4 as not too easy to put on. Really sticky! Once on they’re awesome!
