Edit: after leaving a 2 star review, the company reached out to us to help resolve our issues and replaced our faulty moon with a new one and it works PERFECTLY! Our girls are obsessed with the moon and ask for it every night so we are so ecstatic to have a perfectly functioning moon.Previous review: We love our moon, and our kids adore it. The reason why we gave it 2 stars is because the charging cable and remote are glitchy. The cable doesn't seem to fit well on the interface to the moon, and seems "loose" so half the time it won't charge. Some times it'll glow "green" to show complete, but then be completely dead. It still works and we just keep it plugged in ALL THE TIME, since our girls love it so much, otherwise, we wouldn't continue to use it. The issue started happening after the return period, so we couldn't exchange or return it. Also, it doesn't always respond to the remote, so we will have to manually turn it on and off, but tapping the "touch" sensor on the moon. Other times, it'll just start changing modes on it's own. Either change colors as if someone is touching the remote or the sensor on it's own.

I bought this as a gift for my best friend and he loved it. It couldn't look more realistic. There are loads of colour settings, couple of modes and brigthness settings. All looks absolutely stunning. Recommended it to my colleague and he bought 3 - loved them too and was ever so grateful for a recommendation.They are, however, very fragile. I wanted one for myself and my parents - they both were delivered cracked (packaging was ok). Returned and asked for replacement - quick redelivery, however these were cracked too. At that time I gave up and asked for money back which I received. But I will definitely try later on this year again - they are worth it.

I used this lamp about 8 times until it stopped working. The remote no longer works. I replaced the battery, it still will not work. The only color that works is red. All the colors do not work. The FLASH, STROBE,FADE and SMOOTH causes the lamp to shut off. The touch sensor does not work.

I ordered this moon lamp two years ago and have used it almost every night since. It makes me so happy. Recently it stopped working and I emailed the seller to see if there was anything I could try to get it working again. I did expect much because I had REALLY gotten my money's worth out of it at that point. They sent me a brand new one! Just like that! Received it two days later and I am happy again!

I liked Most everything about this product for the most part. My daughter stole it after 3 days of use! So sorry, no pics.Everything worked as advertised. No problems with charging, the multi colored lights.The problem was in the 3d printing.Out of the box, it was obvious that the detail was ruined by grooves around the ball that werent shaved fine enough. Its like there are ( 1/4in. latitude) rings you can see around from top to bottom that show separate shaving areas the printer didnt mesh together properly. Ok, I know this isnt a detailed lathe manufacturing these globes. However, it took a lot out of the pleasure of viewing it because these lines pretty much ruined the suspension of disbelief. It looks far rougher than the pics as advertised because of this. In my case, if you looked too close at it, the detail was crap.Maybe I got a bad one. Ill buy another because everything else worked spot on.

I edited my previous comment as I had an issue with my original moon lamp and reached out to the company. They sent me a replacement that works perfectly and it got to me super fast.The lamp itself is gorgeous. I have owned several over the past few years and as far as quality and aesthetics this lamp is by far the best looking one I've found. The remote control and different light settings also set it apart from the rest. If you have been shopping around for a moon lamp this is the one you are looking for. If I ever need to buy another one either for me of a friend or family member this is the one I will be buying.

I really like that it looks just like the moon ; it’s just too bad that you didn’t have it a little larger , but other than that it is quite beautiful and it looks nice in my living room This company is fantastic I received this item it wasn’t really holding a charge, they sent me a replacement that was defective I sent it back and immediately they sent me a new one, it was charged it’s now on it’s beautiful thank you very much for your quick response and I love your product .

Nice item. Colors are quite beautiful. I have to get the remote real close, [about 4-5 inches] in order for it to work. Otherwise I enjoy watching the colors change. I use it by my desktop computer.
