What a great little machine! It's as simple as fill with water, add attachment, push button and steem.It's not heavy at all, good length of cord to reach from outlet to project area, great steem output, attachments are easy to change.Works great to loosen and remove years of stuck on dirt. We have very corse tile I've been having a hard time cleaning. Tried many things like mop and bucket, scrub brush on hands and knees, even the upright steem floor cleaner machines. Nothing got the tile clean like this! The pictures clearly show the difference on the clean and yet to be cleaned area. One negative -- is the button constantly have to be pushed for the steem to keep going. Working on a bigger project like my floors, and having to hold the button down longer - what is already a bit hard to push - makes a bigger job even more hard. I can't wait to see what other areas this handy little thing can help me clean!

I love this thing. My family moves a lot (mil) so deep cleaning is common. This stream cleaner does a great job on the smaller spots I can't scrub well unless I get on my hands and knees with a tooth brush. Well, now I can skip crawling around and just pressure stream everything. It's solidly built, easy to fill and use, and heats up fast enough that I can shuffle through the house and clean base boards, counters, walls, etc. in record time.The only thing I would have a con about is the cord length. It's really short, so i have to use an extension cord and move from plug to plug. Worked great in my car also and didn't damage any paint or upholstery.I might try it with a scent of some sort, but I'm not big on adding fragrance, so this is good enough as is. It's going to make our next move much easier.

I had been looking for a steem for a while and I loved this one. It is not heavy at all, good cable length and great steem output, the accessories are easy to change. In short, a good machine to implement in your day-to-day cleaning.

This is a great deep cleaner. I love that it's only steam and don't have to worry about chemicals for my family. The only downside is you have to wait for the cleaner to cool down to open and refill again, so that's a bit time consuming if you want to clean more than 1 spot at a time. But I do recommend it because it's an affordable option and gets the job done.

I just got this cleaner, and I can tell my house is already looking and smelling cleaner! It's actually fun to use, and the attachments are perfect for different area and items around the house. I like the steam squeegee the best, as I've cleaned all of our windows with it so far. This is easy to use and it works great.

I might be being generous by giving this 3 stars, but I’m doing so because it DOES work for getting dirt off. But I was just a little shocked to see how much water it leaves behind. I’ve used other steamers before (like the Shark mop thing, fabric steamers, and I had a Bissell hand-held steamer at one point (which I wasn’t crazy about either)), but never have I seen this much water come out of any of them. I don’t see the point in using a steamer to clean [really anything] if I’m going to just have to get on my knees later and wipe up all the water that was dripping down the door and onto the floor, etc. I thought I was doing something wrong at first (like maybe I overfilled it, or maybe don’t hold the button down, or maybe I needed to swipe things faster…I don’t know.) so I completely emptied it and turned it off. Then about 2 hours later I tried again with about 1/2 the water it says to use, and there was no difference. I Googled videos online to see if there was a setting somewhere that wasn’t shown on the instructions, but come to find out - it’s exactly as simple as it seems, but it literally just didn’t work. On the box it actually has a big disclaimer/request, asking that you contact the manufacturer before returning the item to Amazon, but I’ve been burned on that once before. Needless to say, I was not impressed by this.
