Worst Product – Not Reliable for Security
Very disappointed with this camera. I strongly do not recommend buying it, especially if you are relying on it for home security. Please do not play with your own and your loved ones’ safety by trusting this product. The camera keeps getting stuck after about 10 days of use. Even though I am using the original CP SD card, the loop recording does not work at all. The storage gets full and the camera stops recording completely. You have to manually remove the SD card and delete the files, which defeats the purpose of having a security camera. I only realized this issue when the camera stopped working and I was not even able to open the live feed in the app. The device completely hangs and starts working again only after formatting the SD card. For a security device, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. A camera should record continuously and reliably, but this one fails to do that. Please do not waste your money on this product.

CP-E45A- Working Well After Initial Setup Tweaks
The CP-E45A camera is performing well now, but it did require some troubleshooting initially. Pros: Excellent image clarity Reliable AI-based human body detection Cons: Faced frequent connectivity issues at first (camera kept going offline) The issue was resolved by disabling the default Static IP setting — something that’s not clearly documented by CP Plus. It’s surprising this setting is enabled by default without proper guidance.

Worst Product
I have purchase camera 6 to 7 months ago and now I am facing a major issue with this camera that the camera tilt is not working properly and there is not proper amazon support with this product AI robot is there to help but it only gives specific answers only there is no live support or any call support from Amazon team or any human assistance support from Amazon and also I faced one more issue that after sometime my camera stopped detecting my SD card

Motor issue
The camera turning motor on one of the two cameras i bought hasn't been working after 1st week. As I gifted it to my sister abroad we couldn't exchange. Quite disappointing experience with a branded company product

Worth it camera
Camera is very good and I've seen the love camera recording from 2000 km away and it's really working overall this camera is very very good then I think you have to definitely buy this camera for your home , office and Shop 👍
