Easy to wrap
I got this for kids sports tournaments, when they're out in the heat all day long. It works well cold to drap around their necks and give them a quick cool down. The soft padded side doesn't let as much cold through as I would prefer but its not a big deal, we just flip it over. I'm not a huge fan of the pillow concept, it's a little awkward. Draping it seems like a much better use. It also works well on joints, elbows/knees etc.

Love the multi uses
I love the versatility of this gel pack. It can be used warm or cold. It has a plush side which is soft. It fits my neck stretcher and adds a nice touch to warm the muscles while stretching them. It can also be used alone so elbows, knees shoulders, hands and feet.
