The frames are all made of wood and come complete with glass and MDF backing board which allows them to be hung (landscape or portrait) or free stand. Frames over 12" x 10" are wall mount only. Orders are normally dispatched same day or next working day. Please be aware the size you order ie. 10" x 8" is the size of the glass and not the overall size of the frame. We take great care in our packaging to ensure your frame(s) arrive undamaged. Unfortunately due to the heavy handling of the couriers occasionally the glass can be broken. If this happens we will send you a piece of Styrene as a replacement. Most deliveries are made by Leeds Parcel Company couriers (APC Overnight) and require a signature. If you are out and wish your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour or sent to your work address please state this when you place your order. Postage costs apply to Mainland England, Wales and certain areas of Scotland. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DELIVERY COSTS FOR IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, CHANNEL ISLANDS & ANY OTHER OFFSHORE ISLAND. Returns only accepted if returned within seven days of delivery unused and in original packaging with original invoice. Buyer will be liable for return postage charge.
