Works as Advertised for Simple Setups - Latency is Impressive
I bought the MEVOSTO wireless audio transmitter/receiver to connect my soundbar to my projector without running a long cable across the room, and for that specific purpose, it's been pretty great. The plug-and-play setup is no joke. I literally plugged in the transmitter to the projector's audio out and the receiver to the soundbar's input, powered them on, and they auto-paired within seconds. No fussing with Bluetooth menus or complicated configurations, which was a huge plus. The claim of <25ms ultra-low latency seems accurate in my experience. I haven't noticed any discernible audio delay while watching movies or TV shows. This was my biggest concern, as even a slight lag can be really distracting, but so far, the audio has been perfectly synced with the visuals. The 2.4GHz wireless connection seems stable enough for my needs. I haven't experienced any dropouts or interference so far, even with other wireless devices in the vicinity. The range seems decent too; my projector and soundbar are about 15 feet apart with no issues. The mini size of both the transmitter and receiver is also a plus. They're discreet and don't take up much space behind my equipment. However, it's worth noting that my setup is pretty straightforward. I'm just using a basic stereo connection. I haven't tested it with more complex audio systems or tried to connect multiple speakers. Also, while the build quality feels adequate for the price, it doesn't feel particularly premium. They're small and lightweight, which is good for portability if needed, but they don't have a super robust feel. Pros: * Truly plug-and-play with automatic pairing * Impressively low latency – no noticeable audio delay * Stable 2.4GHz wireless connection * Compact and discreet design * Good for simple stereo audio transfer Cons: * Build quality feels basic * Haven't tested with more complex audio setups * May not be suitable for all scenarios (e.g., multi-channel audio) If you need a simple and effective way to wirelessly transmit stereo audio between two devices without noticeable lag, the MEVOSTO mini transmitter/receiver is a solid option, especially for the price. It worked perfectly for my projector-to-soundbar setup, and the ease of use is a major selling point. Just be aware of its limitations with more complex audio systems. For basic needs, it's a winner.

Fixed WiFi 6 incompatibility problems with my 2020 LG OLED 48XCPUB smart TV
Worked great and solves incompatibility problems with my 2020 LG OLED smart TV. When I upgraded to WiFi 6, streaming services on my TV would freeze. I had to reset the router to get it going. I tried 3 different good-quality routers and all had the same problem. My phone and laptop worked perfectly, only the TV (and a similar vintage Gen 2 Chromecast) were affected. Grok said older WiFi 5 devices may not work with WiFi6 and suggested this adapter. The TV detects the USB WiFi adapter and uses it instead of the internal WiFi device. No settings changes are needed or supported. It just automatically works. Problem solved!

Salvation from Bluetooth!
Bluetooth doesn't connect when I need it and connects when I don't want it to. Its latency is terrible and the sound is often crappy to boot. 2.4gHz is definitely the way to go. Great sound and imperceptible latency! I have a home-brew media server array that was constant headaches with bluetooth. I got this "Mevosto" 2.4gHz transmitter/receiver pair to connect my #2 server to screened porch and adjoining breakfast area. I did encounter one minor glitch: I first attempted to connect the transmitter to a passive USB 3.0 hub; that didn't work, so I contacted Mevosto customer service and got an immediate response. Thank you Mevosto! I connected to an unused USB 2.0 controller, and everything worked instantly. The audio connection is simply controlled like a plugged-in analog speaker or headphone. Dead simple.

Works well
I use this for my protector set up and at far it's been great. Zero issues with out of sync audio. I will say that after it being connected for a few months, the sound coming out of my speakers sounded like it was in a tin box. At first I thought maybe I needed to adjust a audio setting on my projector or reboot the projector nothing made a difference. Finally I unplugged and plugged the receiver back in which fixed the issue. Whether or not this was a one-time thing caused by interference or if it's going to be a reoccurring thing every few months remains to be seen. However overall this product gets the job done and I don't have ugly wires running back and forth between my projector and the screen.

Portable and easy setup for external audio
I was looking for an external wireless audio setup in my garage and came upon this product. What's unique about this is its easy setup process. Just connect the output of the source to the Tx unit then connect the speaker input with the Rx unit. No pairing (like Bluetooh) is needed. The audio worked fine. Note that the delay is 25mS (which can be significant in some application) and the audio frequency response tops off around 18kHz. This fits perfectly with my needs (some music and speech). If you want hi-fidelity audio this would not be the one to use or if you want to daisy-chain speaker outputs you'll hear the 25mS delay differences. That said, most applications out there can make use of this.

A simple device with no sacrifice
This thing was a huge money saver. I had an existing Sony sound bar with a new projector and was about to purchase a Bluetooth speaker set for my home theater but I found this and the sound is flawless. It's easy to set up and includes extra adapters for tight spaces. I am just so blown away that I am seamlessly listening to music, movies and video games as if it was plugged in directly to the console. It's also barely noticeable on my projector. Even works with my Bose headphones and I hear no difference. I would buy it again!
