I’m glad I spent the extra money on these. I use them for work cause I work from home and amazing sound and when they’re on your ears, it doesn’t the outside sound but not enough to wear. You can’t hear somebody in another room calling your name so they’re perfect for that And I’m glad I bought these. Price is right.

Very comfortable headset that I could wear all day, my job at the time was 80% phone calls all day and the call quality was great through this.

This headset works well. The earmuffs are quite comfortable. The flat design is much better than muffs with the indents. The sound quality is outstanding. The microphone is of good quality. The only drawback is that a voice will tell you if your sound is muted or unmuted. It can be a little annoying, but not problematic.

While the headset is good, it doesn't really meet my needs as a remote simultaneous translator. Mic lacks presence and headphone volume is low for my needs.

Comfortable and clear sound..but do not like how it announces calls every time..wish there was a way to disable the “incoming call on PC” announcement

I thought for the price this headset would be good. I've had my employer give me a crap headset and that worked better than this!!! Only one side worked. It's beyond uncomfortable, the sound is so quiet, even with the volume all the way up, it was like people were whispering into my ear. Connecting it to my computer was a pain. I would not recommend this to anyone!

These work really well plug them into USB on a Windows 10 laptop and ready to go. For me there was no set up necessary. I use them for my Zoom meeting weekly and it works great.
