A Game-Changer for Stress, Recovery, and Real-Life Balance
The Ultrahuman Ring has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. I got it to help with recovery and stress management, and it’s honestly done more than I expected. What stands out most is how accurately it picks up on my stress levels — even before I’m fully aware that something’s off. It doesn’t just throw numbers at me; it offers insight. I can tell when I need to pull back or when it’s safe to push through. The recovery tracking has helped me stop overdoing it and start respecting my body’s limits. On days where I’m not well-rested or mentally stretched thin, the ring gives me gentle nudges to take it easy or recalibrate. That feedback alone has helped me avoid burnout more than once.Lifestyle-wise, it fits seamlessly into my routine. I’m a working parent juggling a lot, and this doesn’t feel like another thing to manage — it feels like something that supports me.The ring is sleek, the app is clean and easy to understand, and most importantly, it’s helped me feel more in tune with myself. For anyone dealing with high stress, inconsistent recovery, or just needing a better sense of balance, I can’t recommend this enough.

Better option than other rings
Very accurate results, better than the Oura Ring 4 which I tried at the same time (but ended up returning). Tons of details. Maybe a few too many notifications and possibly too sensitive sleep analysis, but still very helpful data.Often a complaint is about battery life, which I agree could be better, but the charging is quick and if it's charged during showering time, you can pretty much otherwise count on it working all the time without going too long without it because of charging. Wish list...higher number of sampling data, a marker for the sensor location, so you can rotate it to the ideal location, a slightly more durable finish, a wireless charger, and longer setup/calibrating time (which might seem counter to others, but I'd rather it be more accurate).

Worked ok, then great, and then didn’t
Purchased to replace my Apple Watch because the watch (regardless of band type) was irritating my skin. Happy to report no irritability issues with the Ultrahuman ring materials. The first couple of weeks I needed to charge my ring daily, but according to Reddit and other Amazon reviews this is typical as the ring “gets to know you.” Other than the quick draining battery, first impressions I was quite happy with the sleep, steps, workout tracking, etc. After the calibration period the battery got better (approx. 48 hours between charges), and then a few weeks later extended to 3-4 days with a firmware update and switching to “chill mode” which tracks some of the data sets less continuously, but covers off the basics.Unfortunately, after about 10 weeks my ring stopped holding charge for longer than 8-10 hours, started missing windows of data and then stopped connecting altogether. Fortunately, customer support was great to work with and a new ring is on the way! When it worked, I was super happy with it, so hoping I just had a lemon and the replacement will be more durable. 🤞

Great for tracking anything but a workout
I’ve had this ring for 4 months now. I bought it to replace my apple watch. I would charge my apple watch every night and not get any of the sleep insights, so I thought this would be nice for that.Battery: if you workout regularly you’ll need to charge this almost daily. I charge it anytime I take a shower, and if I’m going to be sitting down for an extended period of time. It recommends to charge in short spurts instead of leaving it on the charger for hours. It charges relatively fast in my opinion.Workouts: the app has so many workout options, much more than apple’s fitness app. i wish i could love the workout mode BUT my heart rate is almost always wrong. The app will read 100-110 while my machine is estimating 160-170. I know my body and know that my heart rate on the stairclimber is much higher than 105. Also my workouts will randomly stop recording with no record of it running to begin with and I lose all that data. Yesterday 2/4 of my workouts didn’t record when I could see it recording the time at the top of my screen. I would open the app to end the workout and the app would be out of the workout mode and display my home screen. My workouts were roughly 30-40 minutes each. Much less than their 2 hour cut off that the support mentioned. My ring also is disconnected from the app almost every time I pull up the app during a workout, which means it’s not registering anything. I reached out to support on the app but they were unhelpful. They only said “the ring is connected now” (which I knew at the time. I was trying to raise concern during workouts). And then dismissed all my other grievances without any help.Sleep/Recovery: This ring tracks sleep really well from what I can tell. Sometimes I have to alter the start of my sleep because I’ll be on my phone and it thinks I already fell asleep. There will be times I’m sick and have a fever through the night and the app detects my body temperature change and tells me to take it easy the next day.Cycle Tracking: I do not have a regular cycle to track. I believe it needs 15 days to be able to accurately detect a cycle. My birth control makes my cycle nonexistent or sporadic.I WOULD NOT recommend this ring for any type of workout logging. I am switching back to my apple watch for workouts.I WOULD recommend this ring for sleep track, recovery tracking, etc.I recommend using the ring sizer to get an accurate fit before purchasing. I purchased the gold color and would advising not wearing it for any activity using your hands. The gold scratches very easily and will start to rub off the ring.
