Works perfectly, what more can you ask for?

I started a new job and needed to connect my laptop to my starlink router when I was first setting up my work laptop. Of course, I didn’t learn this until the Friday night and I had to ready work Monday at 8am. I went to 4 different stores before with no luck. I got on Amazon and found the product right away. I had the adapter within 12 hours and was ready for work on Monday. The product works as described, was easy to use, and the price point was perfect.

When we got StarLink I was frustrated that the Gen2 units don't have Ethernet ports. Clearly Elon realized this as well since the Gen3 units have an Ethernet port, but this is a great way to add one for us Gen2 owners. All you have to do is unplug the dish from the user terminal and slot this little adapter between. Works like a charm, though be careful when slotting the adapter up and into the user terminal. Don't force the connection, if it won't go all the way in remove and try again. Overall, a great little product that easily fixes an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

The item fits my Starlink V2 provided in Perú, works perfectly and save me costs around 70$ compared to local "official" providers.Take into consideration, some times the adapter will not connect to your router or PC, it is related to a compatibility issue between devices, not the adapter itself. If you find yourself into the situation where it seems to not work, try with different devices or PC to confirm first if the adapter doesn't work.

I’ve been using Starlink since it first came out. During that time I’ve been using extenders to get decent speeds. Once I found this converter my speeds have gone up 75%. It’s plug and play so nothing difficult to install. My network is now mostly hardwired with speeds over 200mbs. I wish Starlink would have included something like this with the dish.
