As advertised, good teapot with basket infuser. used it a lot and easy to clean.

We absolutely love this teapot. It’s a wonderful, well-designed piece that makes our daily tea ritual truly enjoyable. Brewing tea is effortless, the plastic handle stays cool and protects your hand, and it’s very comfortable to pour and easy to clean. It brings us joy every single day.🥰🫖

I love the design but this is the problem with form over function. Don't try to separated the plastic from the glass - the brochure repeats this several times. I can understand why people have tried to do this - it's hard to clean because of the shape. The steel filter is flimsy and hard to clean. I bought another drip filter that I can place over it and I use that one instead of the one that came with it. The drip filter I bought separately is much stronger and easier to clean. The overall design is beautiful and presentable to guests.

The original purchase of the tea set did not go as planned. I believe the first set that I received was a defective set as it clearly states in the description that the set is dishwasher safe (which the new set I have is perfectly fine) During washing the cups/pot the day after I received the item in the mail, one of the cups broke in the dishwasher...which resulted in a horrible mess. None of the cups seemed to have any cracks etc before placing them in my dishwasher, so I am not sure at all how one of the cups broke. I contacted Amazon and got a replacement for the tea set and the second set is perfect! I can put it through the dishwasher with no issue what so ever. Also to note...this is not a STOVETOP friendly tea set, it is more of an infuser that you pour hot water into. Do not under any circumstances put this over a fire, or on a stove top as the plastic will melt. Overall I love the set it looks amazing and it fits my needs perfectly. It is great for tea bags, loose leaf tea, or tea flowers. I also use mine for coffee and it works out great! (use a filter if you make coffee)

The infuser doesn't reach down far enough. If you want to make one cup, don't bother. The glass "bowl" doesn't come out of the plastic holder. But dirt, water, soap can get between there. I gave three stars because it is stylish and I've brewed tea with it. But its just a show piece to me at this point. The mesh isn't as easy to clean as suggested. You can get to the openly visible mesh. Now try to get into the area where the metal is folded along the bottom of the infuser. I bought a couple as gifts. Never again.

Love this Tea pot… it’s big enough for two medium size cups of tea and I like the easy removal of the strainer

Years of use, not broken. Fine tea particulates will get through the strainer.

Por el precio creí que llegaría algo de mala calidad, pero no. Llegó una jarra preciosa super amplia y resistente. Me encantó el material. Nada frágil. Muy recomendable. Además vienen tres bolitas de té verde artesanal incluidas, un gran detalle.

Me gusto el tamaño y el diseño. Quiza el tono rosa lo espera a ligeramente más tenue. Para 3 tasas medianas de te.

I got my first one at Walmart and fell in love with. It lasted for almost six month, after which I was not careful enough and dropped. Recently, I purchased the same one from Amazon and the difference is quite substantial. Tea set purchased from Amazon feels much more durable - thicker glass sits snugger into the plastic. Also comes with a few extra tea bags, which wasn't the case with the Walmart unit. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. If you treat it well, it should last you long. -- 1 YEAR UPDATE: Good God Almighty! It's still holding up! The nose cracked off and we superglued it back. But, it's still hanging on and serving great tea!
