Description says it replaces obsolete 26773 and picture was the 52343 but what actually came was the obsolete 26773 which is fine since it was labeled as a 26773
Works well. Description says it replaces obsolete 26773 and picture was the 52343 but what actually came was the obsolete 26773 which is fine since it was labeled as a 26773. Fits my machine works like it should so i am happy.

Broke the first time it was used!
Even though I followed the instructions for usage straight from Rigid's YouTube instructional video, this thing managed to self-destruct the first time it was used. One of the little "balls" inside of the feeder sheered off while in the reverse position. Forward feeding seemed to work just fine but when I put it into reverse it choked, coughed, then spit out one of the three balls inside the feeder onto the floor. Well that was that. Bye-bye $150.I verified multiple times that I was operating the auto feeder properly, so I really don't know what went wrong in order for it to break. It's not a very robust piece of equipment if it can be broken so easily. So it has no business on a Rigid drain auger. This stuff is supposed to be built for plumbers to use on a daily basis, but at $150/feeder I would go broke replacing one of these every time I had to use the machine. Maybe I got a defective unit or one that wasn't ready to be bolted on and used, but to my knowledge it was shipped to me ready to rock n roll, so I installed it and used it. Very disappointed in the performance of this product and the lack of actual instructions for installing and using this feeder. All they included was a single sheet of paper with some pictures on it...those were the instructions. Do they think we are so stupid we can't read instructions so they dumb it down to just pictures now? Sheesh... I had to go online to hunt down an instructional video on YouTube.I cannot recommend this product based on my lousy experience with it. I'm going to order a second one and give Rigid a second chance, but if this next one breaks I'll never buy another Rigid brand product again. I can't afford to. It would actually be cheaper to call a plumber, and I bought my K400 to save money, not to give it to plumbers.
