I have been using electrolyte powders for awhile. I have a medical condition which causes me to drink alot of water. My nutritionists recommended that I add 1 electrolyte drink a day to make sure I wasn’t diluting my system out too much. I have tried many brands and this is a better one. The price for the quantity is very fair. I love its not full of sugar. I do find it salter than others so make sure you mix it very well. Citrus flavors are good ( almost too intense sometimes).
