Worth Every Penny Spent!!!
I have had my brand new computer for about one month and I am beyond happy, I am glad that I spent the money to get exactly what I needed.I have four terabytes of memory on my new computer and it is really supper fast with no issues. I upgraded from my Acer Swift 3 which I purchased in 2018, it just died in January 2025 so it was time for a new computer.This AI Acer Swift 16 computer is great and the QHD Webcam is amazingly clear. I spent $1,500 total and it is definitely worth every penny so yeah I definitely recommend the AI Swift 16 it isn't the OLED Screen but that's okay I didn't want the OLED screen.

Powerful and a great price
I use run Linux as my main so my use is a little different than most. That said, all the hardware is well supported, the battery life is great when the GPU is not being used, which for me is most of the time unless doing ML tasks. The screen is perfect and the keyboard is an 7/10 but I use an external mouse and keyboard so it's not really an issue for me. Overall this is a great machine for the price

Dead screen after 6 weeks of use
After six weeks of using this laptop, the graphic card, for office work, it broke. All I could do was fail to use it effectively. It was not worth the money spent. I requested a refund after expressing my complaints, but the seller has not been helpful at all and directed me back to the manufacturer. However, Amazon’s customer service performed their duties perfectly. I am currently waiting for my refund.In summary, my experience with this laptop has been disappointing due to its failure after a short period of use and the lack of support from the seller.

Keys don't all work
Some keys didn't work, I used the label sent to me for a return, return cost me $23.00.Then they couldn't find the package.The replacement computer couldn't be delivered to my house, the defective one could.Other than that all's well.

Broken on Arrival
Three different letters on the keyboard didn't work, making this a very disappointing purchase. The 32GB/2TB are no longer in stock so swapping is not an option. The lack of quality control is unfortunate.
