Gorgeous telly, amazing quality beautiful screen image package so well and I highly recommend. The Matt screen is brilliant if you have eyes that are affected by glare easily. The audio for such a slim television is actually quite good. I would recommend an additional sound bar if you’re looking for that cinema quality. Overall such a bargain for such a brilliant screen and visual quality.

Good TV, terrible software. Overcomplicated and strictly closed system, not even able to install applications from store, wanted to add a VPN but is impossible

Tv works well and delivered on time, only disappointing thing for me is that the tv seems to have been bought in from a foreign country so not fitted with a UK plug so you will need to buy an adapter, and when setting up the tv, uk is not in the set up list.

What a difference! No reflection of my windows on the screen.

I’ve now had two Samsung TVs develop the exact same fault — a line across the middle of the screen — in the exact same timeframe: 25 months after purchase, just one month outside the warranty. This isn’t a one-off. Same problem. Same timing. Same outcome. Both TVs were written off because the repair cost more than buying a new one. Customer service was polite but completely ineffective. No resolution, no gesture of goodwill, no accountability. Just a dead-end and a very expensive mistake — twice. This feels like more than bad luck. It’s clearly a recurring issue and one that Samsung should be addressing. Think twice before buying. Poor quality, poor value, and no meaningful support once you’ve handed over your money. It’s a shame as I loved the art frame look so much I tried twice!

Loving my TV. The Matt screen means no matter what time of day it’s on there’s no reflection. Excited to load my own images on. Shame the frame bezels are so expensive.
