Great set! My daughter loved it, and we had such good quality mom–daughter time creating the little squishies and decorating them. The kit is beginner-friendly—clear steps, everything you need in one box, and the rubber cures to a nice, flexible “squishy” feel. Paints and tools made it easy to personalize without a big mess. We turned it into a weekend project and she’s already planning her next designs. Awesome gift for crafty kids and a sweet way to spend time together.

I bought this kit to see how easy it was to make these to see if I could make them on a bigger scale to sell. The kit was easy to use even though the directions weren’t great, it was pretty easy to figure out. It came with a perfect amount of resin. The dyes are pretty saturated so only a few drops is needed for pastel colors. It came with a ton of the flocking powder. I used it first on the bunny and realized I used way too much and had to keep rubbing off the excess. I read another review that said the eyes don’t stick well. So I made sure to make sure the back was clean from fingerprints and dirt and attach them right away before flocking, but they still don’t stick well. In the future, I probably would not use them because they tend to fall off. I used mica powder to add cheeks in a few other details. It was pretty easy, but stuck immediately where you placed it and blending was hard. All in all, a great kit and definitely something I could see myself making more of.

I originally ordered this kit to make squishys for my kids for Easter (cute bunnies, cute chicks) and as soon as my kids saw the kit, that idea went right out the window because they wanted me to make them right away! I obliged them and made them that day. The bottles of the A and B rubber resin that come in this kit are very small and I knew I wouldn’t get to use them for really more than one pour using all 4 molds provided. I easily followed the instructions to make these squishys along with watching the product video I felt confident enough to make them. I luckily had some Vaseline on hand to rub a thin layer on the inside of the molds so I could easily release the squishys after they cured. The colors that come to dye the resin are super concentrated so we only used a little bit to get our desired colors. The set comes with some mixing cups so you can mix multiple sets of colors depending on what you want them to look like. You do have to cut the tips off of the dyes to get the dye to come out of the tips (which was not mentioned in the instructions), I figured it out, and I appreciate that they were sealed but it is worth a mention. The resin is extremely sticky and the squishys are super bouncy/wiggly once released from the molds. One thing I really wish that was a part of this kit is how much product to add to each mold as each character uses different quantities due to size differences. The hamster uses the most, followed by the chick, then the capybara, and the smallest is the bunny. After making these 4 characters my bottles were empty so I will have to get more resin to continue making more. I had a tiny bit left over in my mixing cups after so I just dug in to my craft stash to find some small craft molds so I didn’t waste any. The characters are sooo cute, and can be customized not only in resin color (by using the provided dyes), but also by adding your own colors of eyeshadow or blush to give desired looks, and also by the provided eyes and flocking powder. Once they are demolded and washed off (Vaseline residue), then you can “paint” the features on with some makeup and a small paint brush, add the eyes (which do tend to fall off during play), and then add the flocking powder to take away the stickiness and make them feel SO soft! I let mine cure for about 5 hours before I pulled them from the molds. They did turn out super cute and look store bought! My kids are obsessed with them and so far they’ve held up really well after days of play, so I’d say these are a good quality.

This kit was so easy to use and the squishies were a success, my daughter was so happy with how they turned up!

This stuff has a really cool texture that my students love. I wish, however, that it would come with just a touch of flocking powder and a warning of how sticky it is. Use only with larger and deeper molds - it doesn’t work well with shallow molds.

Didn't come with clear instructions on how much to put into mixture cup but I just divided the solutions into the number of cups. I did it with three girls and they ended up putting their extra mixture into the 4th perfectly. Eyes dont stick after the coating of flocking powder. Maybe I didnt let the eyes stick enough before. We used a little maker and some makeup and ta da! I let it cure for 6 full hours. Very soft and cute!! When mixing it was the only messy ish part. Just don't wear clothes that could get stained if you splash on yourself.

I bought this to do crafts with my nieces during half term, they really enjoyed this, it came with the molds but you can use any molds you already have too, great for kids
