We just bought a 2024 Avalon Tritoon with a 250 HP Suzuki outboard. We needed two additional lanyards and kill switch devices so each family would have one in their box along with the keys for the Pontoon and their Jetski. I saw this and it looked to be exactly what I wanted. The link even declares that it will work for a Suzuki outboard. It came in and looked to be perfect. I attached each one to a floating device that also has the Avalon key on it and left it in my brother-in-law's box and my sister-in-law's box. Truthfully, I never considered the fact that it might not be perfect. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law's family was at the house last weekend and tried to use his. The black plastic device that is supposed to lock onto the boat kill switch was WAY TOO small. It broke when they tried it. Fortunately, he had a similar device that works with all of our Yamaha Jetskis. That one worked because it was the right size. So, a warning is in order. As of this date (October 1, 2024), what is shown on this link and what is shipped may look right but it will probably not fit what you are buying it for. Note: I am a Vine Reviewer, but I bought this 2 pk. and paid for it. I am returning it and have already ordered another one that looks just like it but that one fits Yamaha Jetskis. If it will fit a Yamaha Jetski, it will fit a Suzuki kill switch. Look at the attached pic. The top one came with our new Suzuki engine. The bottom one is the unbroken one that came in the 2 Pk. on this link. Size was NOT EVEN CLOSE to being right.

Lanyard looks good but there is a big problem.

CONS: None. PROS: Durable. Additional Thoughts: My old tether was stretched out and breaking apart and was ready to break completely at any moment. I got this to replace it and the key is too small for my aftermarket kill switch but that is fine. I attached my old key to this tether and it works great. LovingTheRetiredLife

Avoid this item
don't buy these, bought two and they both broke, once leaving my daughter stranded in the boat. I figured it would be safe buying a knock -off versus Genuine Suzuki, as it is just a little piece of plastic, lesson learned.
