Right out of the gate we brewed a K-cup and used the bold setting. It tasted great no funny tastes. We did run water through it first as recommended. We Like all the features, especially bold brew button and that it can accommodate tall travel mugs up to size of starbucks red cups. Fits a 31 travel bag, I already owned, perfectly to take on week-long+ trips which is the reason for purchasing. We even take it when flying, I actually pack in my large suitcase which always gets checked anyway.

I needed a coffee maker that was small as i have coffee occasionally. This is a great 3 in 1 for coffee, tea hot or cold. Lightweight and easy to use. Self cleaning and great quality. The only issue I have is the drip tray is not adjustable so there is a lot of splatter when in use. I also think the brew could be hotter. The temperature is fine for me but not so much for my husband.

The versatility of this little machine is great! It's so easy to use. Whether you want hot coffee, hot chocolate, iced tea, etc this machine does it all and fast. Its small size and appearance on my counter is welcomed as I have limited space.I use pods for iced tea, hot chocolate and coffee grounds for coffee. It's great that I don't have to use pods if I don't want to.The quality is excellent as it meets my needs.

Selected this coffee maker because it also brews tea. Wanted something small to use while traveling and this does a great job for both coffee and tea. Had some concerns while setting it up and testing and contacted seller. Seller promptly replied and addressed my concerns. I would recommend this and appreciate the quick response from customer service.

I don't know what we thought it would do but when you do over ice or cold brew it does the exact same thing as the hot, pours hot water into that cup and into the mug. Other than that it works just fine

I have to say, in my opinion this is a interesting coffee machine, they even sent a manual on what else you can make , coffee machine heats up fast ,get a hot cup of coffee , very easy and simple to use

I love it and use it every day. The only thing I have a problem with is the tea basket gets clogged up with tea leaves and all of the water won't flow through.

I love this coffee maker. My only complaint is that the reservoir for water be bigger so that I don’t have to refill it as often but it’s cheap so I had to expect some corners to be cut. Coffee comes out hot as needed and the company responded to a question I had in the same 24 hours. It doesn’t shut off automatically though so watch your cups cause it will over flow if possible. But I just use the mug I plan on using to put water inside
