What are the directions for use?

There is a video on YouTube that give you directions to make smaller batch. Search ‘how to make tea zone grass jelly’. You will need to purchase the liquid syrup from them as well to complete the ingredients.

Can jelly be made with just powder. What is the recipe?

The dosage is 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoon of powder. Place the powder into boiled water. Stir, keep boiling about 1 minute. Let it cool down and place in the fridge for a couple of hours. There will be a top layer that you may want to remove before enjoying the cold grass jelly!

Is there a way I can make this without the syrup?

I don’t use any syrup since it has sugar added in the grass jelly powder already. And it’s sweet enough for me. I hope that answers your question.
