It is really really helpful. Just took four weeks I can do my front stroke and breastroke and back stroke! I used four armbands on the first time. After two weeks I used two armbands. Then I can swim! It is much more helpful than noodle or floating board. Try it ! Best choice for an adult swimming bigginer ! Thank you ;)

As a starter in swimming it made me feel safe and now in the short time I'm down to using just 2of them perfect thank you

A bit of a tight fit on upper arm. Not as buoyant as convential armbands,so OK for very light people. Would not buy if someone is terrified of the water.

These helped me with learning to synchronise the leg kick and arm pull while learning front crawl. Be careful not to do a full arm pull stroke while wearing them, they will leave the area under your armpit red and sore, understandably.

I know these will work I can swim but after a bad asthma attack when I was tired I know with these I will just float
