Green IDF Snowsuit Winter Clothing Snow Ski Suit Coverall Insulated Suit

I got the green one for my husband but it was a little short . He is 6’ and I got an XL. I am returning it and hope to get an XXL with reflectors . The green one did not come with reflector stripes . I got the navy one for myself and it was too big . I got a medium . I then got a small I’m 5’4 and the small was perfect . I love it !!! It is so warm yet not heavy . It totally blocks a brutal cold wind ! I love the reflectors , the zippers and the pockets. I’m so happy with this snow suit !! Five stars !!

To start I'm a 6'0" 200 lb 9 year Army Vet that has hunted most of my life. I normally wear XL Tall in every day stuff, XXL in outerwear. This IDF Snowsuit in XXL actually fits better than expected. Most coveralls I have bought fit well and are to long or they're good on length but snug on the body and shoulders. This suit is perfect on length and is loose enough to put on another layer if needed. The hood is a little large in proportion to the rest of the suit and is NOT detachable. The storm cuffs at the wrists are snug but not tight and fit right at the wrists. The legs don't have a storm cuff but fit well and go right over my boots. The material is heavy duty but slightly noisy like a traditional nylon ski suit but turns snow and water great. The suit is not made for the rain but does "turn water" and snow doesn't stick and soak in. It's made for snow and wind which is exactly why I chose it. It really does cut down on the wind, almost like it's not even there! I'll test it out this weekend in some real single digit cold and wind, but right now at 30 degrees and 10 mph wind, I had to come out of it after about 10 minutes!

It keeps you warm that's for sure but if you're working outside and expect to put this jumpsuit through abuse you're not going to have a snowsuit for long

I purchased this for outdoor winter work and was pleasantly surprised after using through a big snow storm. At 5'11" and 187 lbs, I ordered the suit in Large (As per sizing chart) and found it fit like a glove. The material's weight was not heavy as other winter suits I have owned. Amazingly I found I could wear a normal shirt underneath and remained toasty warm in windy 20 degree temperatures. It proved to be water resistant through several hours of snow mixed with rain and sleet. Five Stars on this one from me!

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased. I am 5'5" and weigh about 155 (female) and bought size Medium. That size is just right for wearing with just long johns underneath or with long johns and sweats or jeans. I add layers according to the weather (even at 45 degrees, I wear it with shorts and a t-shirt underneath). At 30 degrees just long johns are just right. At about 5 degrees, sweats or jeans with long johns feels good. It keeps the wind out extremely well. I wear a knit cap and cold-weather work gloves when the weather warrants it. I washed it once in the machine (gentle or perma press cycle) and hung it up to dry. It actually made it softer and less noisy when I walk, but didn't damage it at all. I've used it all winter basically three times a day for 45 minutes each time in all kinds of cold weather (except heavy rain - it's not made for that). It is holding up remarkably. Muddy dog footprints or other yuck wipe off easily. WELL worth the pricey price.

I originally bought a large which was the closest to my measurements and it fit if I stood up straight and didn't squat or bend because the neck would choke me from tightening. I settled on the XXL which looks baggy but length-wise fit so I could lift my arms over my head or squat down without my gloves or boots coming out of the sleeves and the crotch seam just making contact. It's super warm and durable and I look forward to being outdoors a lot!Point is buy a few sizes up to allow you room enough have a full range of motion.

Good quality material, zippers, and pockets. Very warm! It wears a little short on the torso. When I lift my arms, it will ride up the crotch region. Normal walking is fine.

I bought the green IDF suit. It is so comfortable that I want to turn down the thermostat so that I can lounge in it comfortably while in the house. How about a tent? This would be great for winter camping. I know a Scout leader who would remain toasty, even if his Scouts were shivering. I ordered the XXXXL which fits both roomy and snug. Being only 6' I have to roll up the ankles when barefoot, but with no such problem wearing cold weather military boots. An excellent answer to a particular need.

I fear no winter weather now with my super suit! Bring it on, Mother Nature! It super confortable, quick to jump into and warm enough not to have to put layers on underneath. Great great product, well made like back in the day

It would be better if the vendor provided a size chart.. had to guess sizes based on comments by other purchases. Size medium was fine for wife.. but my large size is perfect except for shoulder to crotch distance (needed about an inch or two more clearance.. but have no idea how much bigger an XL would be and likely too big in some ways just to get the lower crotch.. so I decided to keep it and have it altered.

La longueur ne correspond pas à une grandeur moyenne pour un large. Serait appropriée à un homme de plus petite taille et plus corpulent. Je n’ai pu tolérer une heure de vtt à-5•, avec une t-shirt et une veste en surplus et pourtant très habitué aux rigueurs de l’hiver.

Great fit. I bought an XL and I am 5'9 and 235 lbs. Very warm. It is easy to move in when I am out in the snow. I highly recommend this product. Cool military green as well.
