I thought they were done with me and that my comments/criticism fell on deaf ears -- the way most companies react.Ultimea read my comments below and have reached out to me in a most impressive way.Irrespective of my personal preferences regarding their formatting, such service warrants 5 stars!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Not a fan of the formatting.I bought another brand and it was always clear what was happening:red light = offblue light = on using bluetoothgreen light = on when using wire connection.Soft voice also announced. (It had connection issues, though; sometimes it wouldn't connect by bluetooth or wire).This unit only uses little white lights in different formations and a 2-beat tone to indicate the status of the speakers.Customer service is decent.

This is an mid sound quality option. I expected more so maybe that's part of it but yeah the sound seem less than the single channel this was replacing lol. There's clearly some data not being produced by the speakers based on my listening to YouTube and watchkng similar videos, like same intros but clearly some aspects of the music was missing.Easy to set up for Bluetooth and TV, I used the ARC connection. Light weight, and functions as needed, and built like everything else. The look blends. But the remote is pretty much superseded by any Roku remote.

seriously?
I honestly can't believe 1 person would rate this as a good product. Day 1 I hooked this up for my father who has trouble hearing and the built in TV speakers are better than this piece of garbage. Day 2 it will not stay powered up at all, you turn it on and nothing, no sound, and it will power down. The package came in great shape and everything was secured prior to opening. Save your money and use it towards a higher quality sound bar, you may thank me.

Inicialmente, tenía altas expectativas sobre la calidad de sonido de este producto debido a las reseñas. Sin embargo, al probarlo, me llevé una decepción. Por el precio, existen muchas opciones que ofrecen un mejor rendimiento. Entre los aspectos positivos destaco la presentación del producto, su tecnología Bluetooth y la aplicación que lo acompaña. No obstante, los dos cables necesarios para unir las bocinas y la limitada calidad de sonido fueron factores determinantes que me llevaron a realizar la devolución.
