Do Not Buy battery issues
I had only used this 1 time last year. I was diagnosed with cancer so I couldn’t do much the rest of the year last year. I wanted to go and use it this year and the battery is dead and won’t hold a charge and you can’t get a replacement battery. I spent a lot of money on something that I only used once and now can’t get ahold of anyone to help me with issue. I really wish the company would make this right for me I’m not sure how much time I have left but what time I do I would love it to be outdoors in the water sniping. I would advise not buying this brand!

Best to buy from another seller
I bought this diving system about 5 months ago. Ive gotten good use out of it, but you cannot replace parts or order a back-up battery. The inner tubing on the hose broke while I was underwater today and it is unfixable. I've tried to contact the seller with no luck. Better off buying from a company that has replacement parts available.

Poor owners manual and replacement parts.
seems to work as it should, owners, operators manual is very incomplete. It says replace filters after each use? They are not offered for sale anywhere. They send 1 replacement filter with the compressor. Not very pleased with this issue.

Stop working after 1 use. Trying to get it resolve is a nightmare.
Used it once. The only thing that went into the water was the regulator. Went to use it a couple weeks later for my scalloping trip and it would not come on. The charger is showing that the battery is full but the compressor will not come on. Trying to get this resolve is a nightmare. I contacted Amazon they said I would have a replacement. I received an email from the seller saying that they would replace the item when they received the non working item to their warehouse. They never sent the address or a QR code. Trying to speak to someone is not a thing.

Doesn't work but 1 time. And God forbid it stops working on a dive like mine did. Getting in touch with anyone is tough too.
