Great price for a great product
I've seen a real positive impact after just a couple months of using this creatine - better recovery, less intense DOMS and the water into my muscles has had a noticeably visual impact. As expected, I've added around 2Kg in weight though. The powder broadly mixes well in cold liquids, it doesn't fully dissolve but a few good stirs and downing the drink is fine. There's a very, very minimal grittiness to it. I actually find mixing it into a hot drink is much more effective for dissolving so if you really cannot stomach it try mixing into a large tea or coffee.I had only a light stomach upset with this (under a normal loading phase, not accelerated) from time to time, and it disappeared completely after a couple of weeks. I also haven't seen any issues with hair loss either. The scoop can be really tricky to find though! It's a very clear plastic against a very white powder, and I've had to go digging around to try and find it when it disappears under the powder. I've managed to resolve this by taking a black Sharpie and colouring in the length of the handle. No more missing scoop! Peak Supps could easily resolve this by using a non-transparent plastic though. This is also easily the cheapest creatine I've found online. This, mixed with the outcomes I've experienced with taking it for the last couple of months, I'd strongly recommend trying this.

Glad I chose the unflavoured
Brilliant stuff and dissolves easily in a small amount of juice. I was going to buy the flavoured ones, but decided against the flavourings and sweeteners and I'm glad I did since the unflavoured doesn't taste of anything, so 5g goes down easily with a bit of juice in the mornings.

Cheap, pure, micronised - don't pay more.
There are many Creatine Monos on the market now, and many different types as well as brands. I have looked at a lot of research, and I urge other to do likewise. Mono is the cheapest and the best. Just makes sure it's pure. The expensive ones with add-in are a waste of money, the add-ins are likely in your pre-workout or protein shake anyway and if not, then they aren't worth it anyway - they just take the amount of actual Creatine you are getting in your 5mg scoop. So my advise, for what its worth, stick with pure Creatine Mono. This brand is as good as any but cheaper than most. This is the third pack I've used so far and works fine. I didn't preload, but you can if you want to - research suggests 3-5mg per day (after pre-load fortnight if doing that) - more than that adds nothing in most cases and just gets peed back out or converted to other stuff in the gut. So no point in doubling the dose etc as some suggest - so this will last a good while. I also advised my mother to take it too, not for muscle building but to help with memory and stave of dementia - there has been some very interesting research in this area - the brain naturally uses creatine and in old age the natural occurrence is reduced (in muscle, tissue and brain). Creatine is one of the most heavily researched supplements in existence and has been used for decades (in the mono form). Micronising makes it smaller and easier to digest - there is some research to show that it allows for better absorption and reduces the likelihood of stomach cramps when starting to take it.

Dissolves nicely
Really nice quality creatine. I've bought many different brands over the years and this one is the softest powder creatine I've encountered.Mixes really well with water or squash. Dissolves well if you give it a shake or stir before drinking. No grittiness like some other brands and no taste either.

Great value for money
When there was a creatine shortage and prices rocketed, this was my saviour. Standard monohydrate, no taste, easy to use and dissolves easily.
