As a person that has problems going to sleep and staying asleep I wanted to see if a sleep support tablet/pill could help. I use a sleep tracker so I know the overall type of sleep and quality of sleep that I am getting before and during my usage of these from Nutrality.I took one of these 30 minutes before going to bed which was easy to take and taken like a vitamin pill. Overall easy to take which I am happy to report and taken with a little water.As I have always had problems getting to sleep, I was impressed that when taking these I did seem to actually get sleepy 15 - 30 minutes earlier than without taking them. This was proved via the sleep tracking and health app that I use. I then took a week off the Nutrality supplement and saw that gradually my actual fall asleep time went slightly back up, but not by much.What i did notice when taking the supplement that when I did wake up in the night (as usual) that I did fall asleep faster than when not taking the supplement. Proved again via the health app and also just feeling more refreshed.Overall I think these did benefit my sleep and I will look to use magnesium supplement with these to determine if my sleep is long term getting better which we all need. Overall happy with my purchase and how these worked to aid in my sleep.

The capsules are easy to take and the instructions stipulate to take one capsule 30 minutes before bedtime. I have tried these on several evenings now and I must admit that I see no benefit at all. I don't feel any more relaxed and in fact I've woken up several times during the night after taking these. It could be they work for some people but clearly not for me.You can see the ingredients on my photograph.

Its a little hard to tell how well something like this is working without a sleep tracker but my sleeping has been alright with them and while I tend to wake up during the night once most days it seemed like it wasn't hard to get back to sleep. I also understand that these aren't going to magically work if you purposely do a bunch of things that'd keep you awake like drinking a lot of caffeine which further complicates whether they work or not. That aside for me they do seem to have some effect without me needing to make changes to my current 'lifestyle' so might be worth trying.

This pack contains quite large capsules which are swallowed so no particular taste to comment on, I wouldn't say that they smell pleasant or bad either, they are fairly non descript.There are plenty of claims to the product, I have tried for a couple of nights and I cannot honestly say whether they have any affect, positive or negative.

I cant notice any change falling asleep which may relate more to my metabolism than anything else, but I have been waking up feeling more elevated, getting straight out of bed and getting on with stuff rather than moaning and groaning on my phone for an hour before dragging myself out of bed feeling disorientated. It is difficult to swallow and I wish it wasn't a plastic capsule, but the noticeable improvements im experiencing make it worth it

I was hoping these Nutrality Optimal Evening Support capsules would do something that so many other natural, not-so natural and not at all natural sleep supplements claim to do... To help me sleep or relax. I especially liked that these capsules contain tart cherry and lemon balm extract - both are thought to promote better sleep.Tart cherries also contain a small amount of tryptophan, an amino acid that is converted into serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter that can boost your mood and may also help regulate sleep.What I found was that after 6 nights of taking these capsules I could not continue because of the vivid dreams (nightmares) and the awful after taste.I would begin to feel sleepy after about an hour or so of taking the capsule but was waking up with what I can only describe as acid reflux or feeling like burping and a burning sensation in my stomach and wanting to throw up! Every night for 6 days since receiving them... Until last night when I didn't take one and opted for a cup of chamomile flower tea instead. No more nightmares and that horrible stomach-churning and burning after-taste.I read a review that said the capsules tasted like seaweed and repeated on them so I'm sort-of glad it isn't just me who can't tolerate them.I also cannot recommend.

I have, for years now, had trouble with going to sleep and staying asleep. I have been taking magnesium and other over the counter medications.The capsules come in a zip locked sealed bag. I can appreciate that they didn't want to put them in a plastic container as the bag is easier for putting through the letterbox. However, I get frustrated with not being able to open the bag, so anyone with dexterity/strength problems may struggle. I have had to put them all in a medicine container so it is easy to get them out.The first time I took them, they worked like a charm. I took the capsule half an hour before bed, then I went to bed and fell straight asleep and stayed that way all night.The second time, I had mixed results, I still managed to get to sleep, but did keep on waking up during the night.The third time, I took them with my magnesium tablets and I had a more settled sleep, but not as good as night one.I am going to keep on with them to see if they improve.
