I love these they help me maintain my weight for days. I don’t have much appetite. The taste isn’t bad and the texture isn’t bad. It’s thick but not bad. I got the mixable pack and I like it i’m surprised I like the strawberry the best because that’s usually my least favorite. I always like the chocolate ones. and it’s very consistent. I know I’m gonna have my calories on the days. I don’t have my appetite and the quality is great.

No one wants to have to drink these, but I found them to be much more tolerable than expected. Has a thick consistency similar to a milkshake. Usually will divide them b/c drinking one all at once can be a little much. Flavor wise I would rank them Vanilla, Chocolate and then strawberry. Haven’t tried blending this with fruit etc.. but have heard of people doing it.

Taste is there, but prices continue to soar for the same product. Of course , all proteins are overpriced these days. That being I will continue to purchase cause i need the calories

My Dad has lost a lot of weight. His COPD causes him to have difficulty breathing after eating a whole meal. It’s more difficult for his lungs to expand when his stomach is full. These shakes pack a lot of calories in a relatively small volume. He likes the taste and texture, and is able to drink at least two shakes a day. He has not been weighed since starting the shakes, but he does look a lot healthier. It will be interesting to see how much weight he has gained when he goes to his next doctor’s appointment.The only downside is the price, which may not be realistically possible for everyone. But if it helps us to keep our Dad around a lot longer it’s well worth it. Seniors who are underweight have a more difficult time recovering from illnesses because they have less reserves, and those with underlying health conditions face an even higher risk. With the prevalence of so many contagious diseases, such as Covid, I want my Dad to have a fighting chance, and that is why I recommended this product to him, and to anyone else who needs to gain weight.

Overall these were great for maintaining weight post-surgery. The variety flavors were very helpful to prevent having to drink the same one over and over again. I also appreciated that you can order these in a subscription service. There are a lot of nutrients packed into a small bottle so they are particularly helpful if you are on go or in a pinch. So with that said I would strongly recommend this product!
