great product, easy to use

This product is easy to use and great for floors. I don’t recommend using this on walls as the formula is quite runny.

Really excellent for floor grout sealing. On walls it is far too runny and doesn't really absorb well. Just runs straight to the bottom and makes a mess. I was trying to use it on a shower tile application and ended up switching to a spray product instead for the walls.

Had a ton of grout to seal and this applicator tip worked so nicely! Easy to use and simple cleanup.

I had to have my grout cleaned since over the years it became soiled. Once cleaned the sealer was added. It was easy to apply. I will be buying this product again when needed.
