Ok, I am a born skeptic, and this product was no different at first pass. Then, after a deep dive on options and after comparing many others, I found this mixture and potential UV protection worth doing the hours of prep work to do a proper test. I have now done the application (some spots two coats) and found it spectacular after the needed cure time. The more important part of this application is the dry working area. If the area is not dry, don't apply it. Get it very dry first, ensure it is very clean, and lastly, free of dust (vacuum). I have to wait for the rainy season for the full test, but the look and finish are wonderful, and I recommend it to others, but do your prep work.

It apples easy and no smell and has a clear look. It fixed.my leaking ceiling and I am so happy. For best result follow the instructions in the user guide.

Very easy to use. This is the best waterproofing material I have used in recent years.

I cleaned these shower tiles thoroughly with acetone and allowed 24hrs to dry, then applied 3 coats of this product over 7 days, then waited 7 more days to ensure full curation. Followed directions to a T and even added extra curing time. This was the result after running the shower for 10 minutes to test. A complete mess. 2 weeks of effort and now I have to figure out how to remove it and start all over again. Don’t waste your money.
